Pros +
- Nice old “Tyrol” type hotel, wooden floors and beams, everything very clean. Small room but ok for us, quiet in the day but somewhat noisy from street at night. Good breakfast with eggs. Helpful staff. Free parking one block up. San Martin is a very lovely village. On the negative side: heat came out of the aircon even though we had switched it off. We were there in March and it was still sunny and warm. We very much prefer natural temperatures and slept with the windows open which was noisy and it was still too hot because the heat kept pumping. We have experienced this in other Patagonian hotels, seems to be a thing that the heating system is always on. Such a shame.

- I booked a massage 2 days prior, on the day the massuer was late with no explanation given to the hotel or myself. Therefore I cancelled the massage that I had been looking forward to having for two days. The massage was a separate cost/fee to the accomodation.
- Sound proofing within the hotel is not great.

Our toilet broke and we had to use the communal one downstairs. Room was quite small for 3 people. Kettle provided but no mugs or tea/coffee. Slightly dated.
Excellent location. Very friendly personal. The sauna was a nice surprise.
Staff service, location and punctuality
The hotel is not new but kept in an immaculate state, which gives it a lot of charm. Loction can't be better in the middle of all shops, bars and restaurants, yet it is very quiet to sleep. Nice garden.
The breakfast is rather basic. Also San Martin is an expensive place, so the hotel rate is a bit on the high side as well...

Location great, hotel is pretty, staff were generally friendly and pleasant. Very good cleanliness, nice selection of pastries for breakfast.
Breakfast average. Coffee was not good, horrible instant cheap stuff. Could have provided more in the way of teas, coffees, hot chocolate or snacks in the lobby, lounge area during rest of day, it is always welcome after skiing all day, but nothing was available. Room was quite noisy at night when other clients came back to rooms.The hotel is all wood so noise was echoing a lot.

the staff was not able to explain why they were only hotel that charged foreigners IVA when paying with cash. the breakfast was minimal (bread, cereals or sugar sweetened yogurts, no eggs or healthy alternatives)
