The gym is outdated

Great location, staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing-the best carrot cake!!!

The gym needs to be updated, but I had a wonderful massage there!

Location was excellent, in town and 2 blocks from the lake

No body lotion or shower gel. Furniture was dated. Wouldn’t light the beautiful huge fireplace in the lobby despite people asking repeatedly, they said that was for winter. It was in the low thirties.

The location

It is old, the gym needs an update. Old and non working machines.

The room is big, two bedrooms, all very comfortable. Is in the very city center which was awesome to walk around, and the parking is just there. You can see it's an old building but it's very well mantain so it didn't matter. The public areas of the building within the hotel, is really beautiful.

Breakfast was mostly sweets and no healthy food, very local but could offer more healthy food, my celiatic-diabetic husband had nearly nothing to eat. The room didn't have any kind of resting area, It could use a small sofa insteat or added to the dinner table (why dinner table if there's no kitchen or whatsover), and a small coffee/tea facilities.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was not a big one, but acceptable. The room was small but neat and comfortable.

Very beautiful design. The room very comfortable. It has a closed parking. It is very close to everything in San Martin de los Andes.Very good breakfast.

Staff and location was great.

The bedsheet were not clean, neither the toilet. Very cheap toiletries. Facilities were old and the heater made a very loud noise during nights.

The PPH must have been amazing back in her day, with a gym, swimming pool, massive atrium and spiral staircase. The bone structure is still there, but her looks are a bit faded these days... everything is still functional but she is no longer in her prime. Nevertheless, an excellent location, great facilities and a fabulous breakfast means the hotel is still a great choice for a stay in SMA.

Location and parking and breakfast

Hardwood floors and paper thin walls did not mask the crying baby or plumbing sounds or hallway doors being slammed.

A beautiful and well kept hotel. Great areas, ample and secure parking. Excellent location, able to walk in 5 minutes to the lake. Located on the Main Street where you can find everything in less than a 5 minute walk. Will return here every time I visit San Martin de los Andes

Great location and breakfast.

A bit of an impersonal corporate feel. Don’t bother getting a suite- it’s just a larger room w no furniture or decorations.

Perfect place for turists. Staff speaks english, Enzo at the bar has all the local recommendations to eat and visit and its walking distance of everything, also located on the main street. Thank you team!

Pleasant

The atrium meant that all the noise from the bar, restaurant and lobby could be heard on all floors and in the rooms.
