It is close to the beach. The bus station is nearby.

The room has empty mini bar, no welcome water, no water boiler, no coffee machine, no tea, no coffee.I traveled lot through Italy, never seen such inhospitable service. Went to downstairs begged for a hot water once and twice. If the guest asks something, it’s should not be asked twice. As a hospitality staff, you should anticipate the need, next day, the hot water should be in room right? That wasn’t the case. I felt unwelcome, want to leave quickly as possible. Secondly, the communication after the booking didn’t go well. They did not answer me until I didn’t appear for 2 days after supposed checkin day.

The owners are an extremely friendly family. Before COVID they started a renovation. The ground floor area with restaurant is beautiful. The rooms are split up in renovated and non-renovated. We stayed in non-renovated. It’s correct that the rooms are not big. But you pay for what you get.

This family-run hotel is a little gem :) Everyone is super nice and at your disposal. We arrived quite early in the morning, but thanks to Monica, we didn't have to wait for the check-in, but entered the room immediately - highly appreciated.Breakfast is excellent, specially if you enjoy cakes, pastries and other sweet delicacies; of course, there is savory offer as well, including tasty prosciutto, ricotta and many more. The hotel's location is a plus, because the beach few steps away, as well as the bus stop if you wish to go to the city center.To sum up, huge thanks to Monica, Mauro and the rest of the team. We will definitely come back.

Our plane arrived well before the hotel's check-in time, but the staff prepared the rooms for us earlier. Until then, they let us store things with them, very sweet.

The room is cozy and daily cleaned. Towels are changed every three days. Breakfast is very tasty and abundant. The pastries are perfect, especially the strudel ? The bathroom is nice and cleaned.

Very clean, good location for the beach, fantastic value for money, hosts were more than helpful, breakfast was excellent with lots of choice, offer of using bikes to get to central Rimini.

It is a family hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was rich and tasty. There was a huge offer of sweet pastry. It is possible to get a discount for the nearest beach and also you can borrow hotel bikes for free. Room had a nice balcony and also a small fridge, we had everything we needed.

The locality itself and also the sea did not amaze us but the hotel was excellent.

The bathroom was little bit small, but not a big deal.

The hotel is nice & clean, and full of light, the room has a sweet balcony with a place to hang wet bathing suit.Staff were so friendly and accommodating, I truly felt at home. They helped me with anything I needed help with.I loved the breakfast, the coffee.They gave me a bicycle to ride around Rimini which was absolutely a comfort and a joy for me.

they are very accomodating, even though we arrived early they did their best to find us a parking space. The breakfast are so good.

The only bad thing in this hotel was the air conditioner. It was ineffective and we didn't feel much freshness whene it was hot.

Everything was top-notch! It is an amazing, oldish but very charming hotel with super friendly owners and staff. I especially enjoyed the comfortable beds and an AMAZING breakfast: I've never had such a breakfast in Italy! It includes not only freshly baked goods (as per tradition) but also the but also continental options such as cheese, cold cuts, yogurts, fresh fruits, and vegetables, as well as hot items like eggs, vegetables, and sausages.

An absolutely lovely hotel. The fact that it’s family-owned makes it really cozy, well-maintained, peaceful. All the staff are really pleasant and nice. Breakfast is delicious. Besides, you can take a bicycle for free. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is worth it’s price and even more :)

Familiar hotel, very good location near the beach, the center of Rimini about 2 km, 20-25 min. walk, but there is a bus directly going there. Very good breakfast, the staff is really kind and speaking well in english and german. Rooms ar about 12 sqm, enough for 2 people to stay/sleep, the balcony is quite big. On Saturday there are discos around but until midnight only, other days it is not noisy at all.

Small fridge. Of course, it is a hotel room, not an apartment, so it is normal. They have apartments too, but they were occupied that's why we were in rooms.

Close to the beach. You are able to Rent bicycles.In Addition to a very good breakfast selection: Extraordinary self-Made cakes at breakfast.

The hotel was really cute, the rooms are clean and comfy.The staff was very very kind and helpful!The breakfast is delicious, and there are abundant selection.

The neighborhood was very noisy. (there is a club)
