- Residenza Parco Fellini is an elegant boutique hotel adjacent to the Grand Hotel. Its staff are friendly, helpful, and eager to assist you with your visit to Rimini. Through Booking.com we received a room upgrade that was a nice touch.
- For what we paid, horrible
- Everything was perfect from beginning to the end. Stuff was very kind, the hotel makes you feel like you’re in the movie, beach is just perfect, garden and pool are beautiful. Setup and breakfast choices were just wooow. And we had gluten free and vegan requests. The breakfast at the terrace was such a great experience with a sunshine in between parasols, kindest stuff and delicious coffee and food. They even had matcha latte that was such a nice surprise. The food options were endless..

Breakfast very good. The location of the hotel is very good. The room is spacious. Very responsive staff. Would definitely choose again.
Wonderful location, super historical building, antiquated furniture, big and cozy territory
Terrible breakfast… poor selection of food.. no fish at all, poor selection of vegetables (only tomatoes, carrot, some lettuce and cucumber) ugly croissants.. honestly - doesn’t fit even with 3 star hotel
STAFF
OLD , BASIC, TIRED
The room was over price, so it was the service...The beavh was 10 minutes walking from our hotel. The imbrella which was supposed to be included in the hoyel price, in fact they used to milk the clients some days €60, and others €80 p/half day!!!Breakfast and staff which should be qualified in foreign languages, brings serve us hot milk for oat milk!!! So desperate for money in an unfaithful and disgraced way!!!
Very long walking in the beach. And no water sports, or boats like anyother 5☆ hotels in Europe.
We stayed 2 nights at the residence just behind the main building and were welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff that pays attention to detail. This stylish hotel has loads of history, welcomes an eclectic international clientele, offers an amazing breakfast buffet, a private pool and beach as well as a parking with valet service. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!
Lovely old world charm with fabulous staff . Large spacious room with lots of natural light . Would definitely stay again.
I would have liked tea/coffee facilities in room .
We had a wonderful time as e hotel is beautiful, service is impeccable, especially the breakfast was served with great attention to detail, we would like to give warm thanks to Cristina who every day welcomes us warmly, it really made our stay a great experience. Freshly made pancakes and coffee from the barista were a great highlight.
Breakfast buffet was good and staff very good. The restaurant and pool are close by in the main hotel providing good food. On one evening the main hotel had an excellent outdoor buffet on their terrace with professional entertainment too. The main hotel has the best beach facilities with sunbeds and a modern cafe/restaurant. The main restaurant is the best in the area too, advance booking advised. Buses nearby are regular to the historic centre of Rimini. Also a regular coach service stops nearby to San Marino.
On the weekend of the 6 July a large music stage was erected by the hotel for a major music festival called Pink Fluid Romagna that takes place annually and is broadcast on RAI TV in Italy. Large crowds and music more suited to younger people. Fortunately our room was at the back of the hotel so it didn't disturb us much.
amazing hotel. lovely features, very clean, friendly staff and amazing facilities.
nothing!
The location near center and close to all atractions and sea.Good pastry at breakfast.
To old to be clasic ,the hotel and rooms must be refurbished. The breakfast at Grand Hotel Rimini must be more diverted and changed not the same every Day,not God for 5*.And a very strage situation accured during ourStay, the maid took the pijamas when she do the room and even we talk about this at reception nothing happened. The conclusion îs that are many hotels în Rimini most beautiful and a normal price.
Good location, beautiful building, nice garden, friendly and helpful staff, beach is very close with nice service.
The breakfast at the near by Grand hotel made staying at the Annex worth it. Outstanding buffet. When we arrived it was the celebration of the Alpine reunion, officers that served in the army were everywhere! It was a beerfest! So amazing just outside our window: children mountain (rock) climbing and practicing skiing! This will be in another city next year, no need to worry. But wherever you travel in Italy: next year Verona or Venice the weekend of May 1: there will be a reunion! Be ready to get the full Italian experience. We loved it. We even had free parking and the hotel manager got us a reservation during the most booked time of the year, at a local yacht club where we had one of the best meals during our stay in Italy: my husband is a chef and he was happy with the meal & service. Thank you Tiberius!
The property is the heart of marina center, very close to the beaches ,reastaurants and shops. The city center is at 3 km away in a straight line.Hotel is big, and the staff is really kind and helpful.
Swimming pool is very small for such a big hotel and it can get very crowded. Also there is a very limited space for sunbathing as well.. you are not told if you get a room in the main body of the hotel or at a dependence that is separated from it and you actually have to get out and cross a road to go for breakfast.
The Location in the park, close to the beach and the breakfast in the nearby Grand Hotel.
What they show in the pictures does not correspond to reality. This property belongs to the Grand Hotel which is located 2 min walk away. Breakfast and other services are shared but the level of the Residenza is far away from a 4 Star, the rooms need an urgent update, cleanliness is questionable.
