Great location of the hotel, opposite the sea. You can reach the hotel on foot from the airport. Excellent and delicious breakfast. Polite and helpful staff.

Lack of hot water. When we woke up in the morning, we couldn't refresh ourselves because the water from the system was cold.

Loved how close it was to the beach and how easy it was to find nice places to eat nearby.

An ordinary chain hotel, focused on maximum guests with minimal service. Breakfast had very limited choices, the room was very small, and as usual, the shower didn’t work properly a leaking cabin

The staff was great, breakfast was also good and the fact that was everyday shows for kids was also a great experience for the little ones

Room 301 was a really bad experience. I was able to hear EVERYTHING from room 302. I couldn’t rest properly

The location was great, the view was amazing, and the food was delicious.

The bed was not very comfortable, but everything else about the hotel was fantastic.

Good location, restaurant staff polite and helpful,, pretty good breakfast (vegetables on buffé would make it great). The play area for kids is definitely a plus, for us who spend 2 out of 5 days with rain, it was really nice to have it.

Quite noisy in the evenings from the bars around and hotels shows which last until 23-23:15.Hotel rooms might be a quite old, but yes, it's a 3 star hotel... And cleaning personal comes everyday for making up the room.

A chair would be a good addition as the armchair is too low to use as a chair, near the table (for writing or using a computer) - wifi was difficult in the room, but OK at receptionThe shower head needed to be replaced as water did not come out as a shower, but as a flow of waterThe bar, just near the hotel (owed by the same people, I think) plays very loud music at night until 1 am. Impossible to sleep before it stops, even with the window closed. When the music stops, the people talk loudly just under the window and when they finally come to their room, they continue talking loudly, calling each other ... The balcony is nice to have, but there is no view of the sea, except thfough a slit between 2 tall buidings

lovely view of the beach. Room was clean with fridge, soaps etc, tv, clean bedding and towels. Shower nice and hot. Free wine on an evening in the restaurant that was palatable

bed was very hard. Towels could do with replacing as looking very tired now. A lot of school trips whilst there and the teenagers ran around very loud late at night and banging doors. Food was mediocre. No coffee available with evening meal

The single bed was too narrow, it felt like falling on the sides when you turn.The lift was slow.It needs a bit of renovation and it will be much better.

Unfortunately, the hotel is absolutely NO GO. I got robbed at the hotel. During my absence from the room, someone from the staff took 50€ out from my bag. I reported it to the front desk, but the receptionist, after talking to the boss, said it was the first situation and there was nothing they could do because I should keep the money in the safe. Really 50€ should I keep in the safe? Nobody really wanted to clear the situation up - so careless and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend and stay away from this hotel! Breakfast is also poor, no vegetables and the same products all the time.

The location was good, rooms were clean, breakfast was good.

Big balcony

Given room with joining door to next room, may aswell not have been there, could hear EVERYTHING from next door and made us feel uncomfortable. Also even though it was 3rd of June and 25°C air con wasn’t turned on (they don’t turn it on until July) even after asking on the first night, the second was still not turned on.

Great breakfast.Stayed in 601. The room had a sea view and was comfortable.Maria at Reception was helpful and friendly.The hotel has a restaurant/bar attached to the property.

Poor breakfast (there was no vegetables), conditioner was not working in rooms.

Very good localisation, the beach is really near. The breakfast was awesome, one of the bests in Rimini. Everyday cleaning, safe parking, nice rezeptionists.

The room was actually well-sized, there was an extra bed for a third person, but it would have been too small for 3. Instead of that bed we would have preferred an extra wardrobe/commode. The bar is a little bit loud, but with closed windows it was okay :)
