Excelent location, clean and nice hotel with big rooms and balcony.

Price for parking is not the same like on booking.

The location is great, the staff are nice and polite, and the design of the hotel is amazing

The hotel was half refurbished, my room was on the older side and the toilet was so small the shower cabin barely fitting me, I had to pay 25 euro a day for parking, and 30 euro a day for beach seats, also they only accept cash deposit for pool towels ,they adont accept deposit by card or on the room. I requested to change the room, truth to say they have tried their best but the hotel was full, but they called me after 2 days for change the room.

We had to wait during checkin because at first the concierge could not find our booking. After waiting around 10 minutes, the concierge apologised for the wait and gave us a free room upgrade. That was really nice on their part.

No information about the closed swimming pool on the premises.I do not understand such an idiotic hotel policy as charging a deposit for a stay, despite the fact that the stay was fully prepaid.

Rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear people next door clearly. Shower was mouldy and carpet grubby.

We stayed 14 nights which I think is unusual as most seemed to stay 7 at the most,we were breakfast only & it was the same every morning,would’ve possibly liked different options now & then.

Kind & professional staff - reception, housekeeping, breakfast serving. New modern room level Dubai, UAE with comfortable balcony. Very tasty & elegant breakfast serving. Amazing fragrance in the interior of the reception. Late check-out free until 12:00 o clock. Free luggage storage.

We were at Sporting a family of five - got two rooms with the sea view and believe me that view is worth its price.Overall, this was an amazing experience from A to Z! First of all it's a wonderful location, right at the walking boulevard, with plenty of restaurants and shops all around. Secondly, great staff, very friendly, attentive and helpful on any situations, would it be the relocation of kids room closer to ours, arranging parking, reserving a spot on the beach or tons of advice on how, where and when.... Very nice breakfast, with quick service and no queues or whatsoever at any period of time.Rooms are not really large, but very clean and every one of them has spacious balcony with couple of sofas and a small table, so you can fully enjoy your sea view at any time.The pool is clean and well served, with a nice pool bar for snacks and refreshments. Overall, highly recommended, true value for money. Will come back definitely. Thank YOU!

The room was clean and comfortable, spacious for a family and lovely views overlooking the beach and ocean. Breakfast had a great selection of pastries, cooked and continental. Kids club was very inclusive with my son, as he was the only English speaking child there but made him feel so welcome. Staff were amazing, so accomodating and excellent if anything was needed. Pool was hard to get a sun bed in the morning but by the afternoon there was plenty. Excellent maid service.

Kids club was very late, would have been better to start earlier. You have to pay for sun beds even at the hotel’s beach which can be costly at 60 euro for 2 beds ! shade on the pool in the afternoon, which was good in the heat but not if you want to catch some rays and the pool bar is very pricey !!

Would add more beds to the pool area and extra umbrellas, 10 extra would sort many problems, more food offering by the pool

The location is good. The room was clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is quite big and nice. I liked that it was in the shade after 2 pm. The staff is helpful.

I find it strange that on full board I had to pay for water served for lunch and dinner.

Overall, our expectations were much higher due to your 4-star ranking. Breakfast is limited and full of wheat products. Very limited fruit and vegetables, practically none. Dinner could not be enjoyed thoroughly as we were rushed to finish within one hour. It is not enough when you dine with kids. Food quality was also average, with long lines of people trying to get something better that was served. I would expect this at a lower-quality hotel, but here, we were shocked we had to put an effort into filling up our plates. Lastly, for the water moment, we were charged 40 EUR for water as this is not included in the half board. Really??? Water??? It is not about money. This is a hygiene service that is expected at any hotel free of charge. Your staff was mean and kept showing me rules written in Italian, which I do not understand...I am aware it is not their fault, but the policy is a MUST to change—charge for wine, coffee, and other drinks, but not water. Your pool is not as big as presented in the pictures, which was a disappointment. It was pretty cold as well, although you mentioned it was heated. Overall, we are pretty unhappy with the stay at your place and will not recommend it to anyone. Fondly, Ilona

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the Rimini and great location to the local restaurants and the beaches. The staff around the pool were great and the pool during the morning was excellent!

When we arrived the area where the extra pillow was stored had not been properly cleaned. While staff did bring an extra pillow, trying to get two pillows per person was not possible. The room was fairly tight for four. We were ok with it, but just realize the bunk beds and the queen bed were right on top of each other. Also the shower was fairly small.
