Great location only 5 minutes away from the beach! The room was spacious and clean! Nicely decorated! Private parking 5 minutes away from the hotel! (not included in the room price). The air conditioning was working properly. Breakfast was nice but needed a lot more variety on the salty options ( fried eggs, fried chicken, fried cheese, vegetables fresh or cooked, etc. )

Although it had all the facilities of a 4-star hotel, it didn't feel like one. The shower cabin and tap need to be changed. One socket right by the bed wasn't working. The curtain and the armchair cover weren't ironed and gave a not very welcoming vibe.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Nice rooms, excellent staff, who go above and beyond with their service. I had my wedding reception also in their meeting room, which was exceptional. The staff were amazing, especially Sylvia, who helped me with my wedding plans from start to finish. I had 6 rooms booked at this hotel, and travelled from UK, with family, and had an amazing time, all thanks to the hotel staff who made my day even more special with their support. Rooms were spacious and clean. Thank you very much for all the help.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was in a great location and the rooms were also very nice.

The bathroom for the single room was a bit small and often water from the shower would go everywhere.

the best value for money in this region. i was a bit afraid why it is so cheap, but everything was perfect. the rooms, place and staff. the rooms were super clean and spacious, fridge included and the bathroom was separate, unlike most of the hotels in this region. very nice design of rooms amd common areas. staff professional and helpful. the best i had from all 5 hotels in region. i totally recommend

The location of the hotel is very convenient and in very close proximity to the beach. It is only 20 minutes walk from the train station as well. Breakfast is buffet style including hot and cold food.

The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel and it should not be advertice as that. It is old, awful, noisy and the staf is not kind at all. The sink was broken and I could not even brush my teeth and the room was cold. I do not know how it is possible that an hotel like that can be a 4 stars hotel.

We arrived at night and there was one person sitting on the reception, when we complained him about the AC , he refused to help ! He was so rude that after sometime he started abusingSecondly when we approached booking.com for the same even from booking.com there was no support they refused to help!!Worst experience with booking.com as well,According to hotel staff if the light of the Air conditioner is working and it is throwing air! No matter it is cooling or not, it is considered working,They hotel staff never came to check the room, and they lied to booking.com that they checked,And to the surprise even booking.com didn’t care about it!!!WORST WORST WORST!!

Everything was convenient and as expected. Great location for the activities we wanted to do, going to the beach, bus to San Marino and going to ferris wheel and historic city centre. Breakfast was also great with warm food, salad, all drinks and cakes.

Our trip was unsuccessful, because on the first day in Rimini, a backpack with phones, money, documents and keys was stolen from us. The key to the hotel was stolen too and the hotel manager did not sympathize with us in any way and ordered us to pay a fine of 100 euros, although it was our last money. This is an inhumane attitude towards guests and victims of crime, so I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The girls at the reception tried to help in any way they could and I am grateful to them for that. However, we were not warned that the keys should be left at the hotel before leaving, which caused this whole unpleasant situation. The description also states that there is a reduced price on the beach for hotel guests, but we were told that there is no discount. Maybe you will take it away and stop deceiving people? I hope that the hotel manager is very pleased that he snatched the last money out of our pocket and we had to ask strangers for it.

Breakfast mainly consisted of sweets. Found dust on some surfaces in the room. Definetely not a 4 star hotel, looks better in pictures than in life. Very poor sound isolation.

It was a good price for what was offered. 5 minute walk from the beach and close to the train station.

Not much. You did have to check your key at the front desk every time you left which was not the best but other than that it was nice.
