The location

The room. It was very very old, the atmosphere of the room was depressing and it was not everywhere very clean

Location was great. The front desk man helped me find food and drink after my very late arrival with great recommendations for a Sunday night when most places were already closed. The balcony view was lovely and I liked hearing the live music coming from the the bar below.

The water and Pepsi in the fridge are not free. I thought they were gratis and had to pay for them at the end of the stay. My mistake but I didn’t see any prices posted anywhere.

Shower a bit small

Location is on the main strip near all the bars and restaurants, with the beach behind the hotel

Air con didn't work, bed was firm and decor was basic and dated in the room. But it was only somewhere for me to sleep so not too bothered.

Friendly helpful staff, loads of great amenities, quirky decor, great bar/restaurant next door, beachfront. Loved it!

Nice hotel with kind staff. The first room we got strongly smelled of cigarettes, but they switched it immediately for our request. For the price it was great.

Right below is a restaurant & bar with loud music, but they stopped at 11pm, so not too bad, also you can hear your neighbours well.

The staff went out of their way to assist with anything i needed. There was coffee available 24/7, and the location is fantastic.

There is nothing not to like.

Everything was great. The location is right on the beach, and there are many restaurants and shops around. From the train it is an easy 15 minute walk, but there are also buses. Room was comfortable and clean.

Just so people know, the rooms are small (mainly because the bed is big so not much room to get around it) and the bathroom is also small. I only mention if these are important to people, not for me, it didn't diminish my enjoyment.

The room was very clean and the cleaners very helpful.

On our first day the air con did not work and when we raised the problem we were told that it did work and to try again. However, it did not work, so we complained again and were given a new room at 5am in the morning when we got back to the hotel after a night out. No compensation was given to us for this.The wi-fi did not work, I believe this issue is for the whole hotel as it is very old and probably the band does not reach all rooms. Another thing, the room equipment is very old. The hair dryer is probably from the 80s and the showers and so tiny you can barely turn around.

We really liked everything. You are right on the beach and have a great view of the sea. The staff were always extremely friendly and were always there if you had any questions or concerns. The breakfast was great. You could even take something with you as a picnic or lunch bag. Mirko was very attentive, polite and courteous, but the same goes for the rest of the staff. What you have to be aware of is that you can hear the restaurant/bar below the hotel very well, especially because there is live music until late at night, but that didn't bother us personally. The hotel is also dog-friendly, which is another plus point :) We will definitely be back.

room was a disappointment, old and not much in it, having to put items on the floor or bed. lighting was awful. just not great. Pool wasn't open, looked dirty and horrid. breakfast room was large, light and actually really nice and good choice of food but expensive. hotel staff were all lovely and very helpful. location was right on the beach and near shops/restaurants. I would stay again if i could guarantee a nicer room. Beach and sea are fantastic, shallow water for ages. soooo many sun beds, paid £12 for 1 for a day. hotel didn't have its own sunbed area so just pick one and pay

Simply the best Hotel at the Rimini strip! It has it's own pool, the beach view is gorgeous and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very long (12:00), you can go multiple times, take away item AND the best of it is that a real barista makes your coffee.

The safe was not functioning in one of our rooms. Depending on the side, the window of the room might face the restaurant with the live band - they keep going until 3-4 in the morning. I recommend earplugs just in case

Location perfect for the beach and restaurants. Staff were amazing couldn’t go enough for us. Breakfast superb with a lovely option to take a picnic lunch away which we thought was fabulous!

Location is perfect, the staff is really helpful, a lot of cafes near.

The staff were incredible- friendly, welcoming, and so helpful with answering our questions. The room was much nicer than we expected and the sea view & balcony were lovely. Not loud at all.

The shower was quite small. The bed was a bit on the stiff side- not a bad thing. Just a note.

The room was basic but clean with a very comfortable bed and large shower. The staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to help. A large selection was on offer for breakfast and the picnic lunch offering was really convenient. Underground parking was close and accessible.

The pool area is very basic and the water never warmed up.

Excellent breakfast with Barista coffee. Very wide selection of meats, cheese, fish. Good selection of cakes /pastries. Honey from a full honeycomb. Option to take 3 items away as picnic, with containers bag and cutlery provided. Great location on seafront with many good restaurants nearby.

Mattress a little hard..
