I liked the location.

I paid 15 euro in cash for 1 night at the hotel's own parking.

The location is excellent.it only take's 2 minutes walk from the beach.the food is great from breakfast to dinner.the staff is wonderful accommodating and attentive to your needs specially all the waiters.

The staff was amazingly helpful and beach access is easy!

If you consider arriving with a bigger car - you will have trouble accessing hotel and parking.

Staff were super friendly and professional, which really made the difference. Excellent location and services. Overall very good value for moneya nd pleasant stay.

The rooms (at least the one where we were staying) could use a refurbishment and beds were not too comfortable

everything was all right, just the shower not enough comfortable up to the quality of all the services.But it was worth it to enjoy all the city, the hotel and the staff guaranteed us.Great staff

Economy room was the worst room I have ever seen. Batrhoom with very weak water, no cover, so all the water came to whole bathroom. Very very weak.

The place is good and very near the seaside. The staff are very friendly esp Simone, room are good and clean . They also provide safe parking for guests. We reserved dinner and breakfast and the have a varied buffet. Food is excellent and dining staff is very friendly. We would certainly go back again and I reccomend the hotel.

The location was nice, the room was big and clean

We called to change the dates the woman on the phone was really rude and she said she doesn’t know how booking works, then they said they don’t have any room available but that was ok, we went there everything went fine until the last day my husband fell in the bathroom because a tube in the bathroom was leaking and the bathroom was full of water, then when my husband was angry about it and we told them that we will write about it in our review they started treating us bad saying it is not their fault instead of saying sorry, until that moment I wasn’t sure if i will write about it and i was going to leave it be because some of the staff were so nice, but the manager in the end was awful with us counting to say it is not their fault if it was raining all night and the weather was bad, I don’t know how they work but normally when something like this happens you ask sorry politely because my husband could’ve broken something or hit his head instead , i have a video of the leaking , i am so sorry to write this because some of the staff were really nice also the cleaning ladies were really nice . It will be our last time in Rimini.

The service of the hotel was super good, the breakfast buffet had a range of options, beach is just 2 mins away

I booked the last available room for my period of stay, so there were no options to choose a room and mine had no balcony and after a whole day at the beach it’s a must to dry up the clothes and swimsuits.The beach (bagno) that has a partnership with the hotel has not the best location.. it was close to the porch with touristic ships/boats, so we ended up going to another one

The room had beds, sheets, pillows, a bathroom and an Italian style air conditioning, private parking

I booked and paid for a triple room, including at least two separate beds. We got a much smaller double room in the attick. When I complained about it I was told that there were two separate beds and they sent a maid to make the beds replacing the large double bed sheets with two separate sheets. But I still did not get the room I paid for (40 % more) nor did I get a refund. The room was small and the ceiling was partly below standing height. There were few sockets in the room and in awkward positions. There was no soap in the bathroom, only shampoo. There was no curtain or glass wall in the shower so the whole bathroom became wet when showering. In general the room was somerhing you could have expected maybe in the 1960ies. There were a lot of people serving in the breakfast but the breakfast was still sub-standard. The hotel is nowhere near 4 stars. I would rate it 2 stars at best. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. Their service was of a 5 star hotel. Location for beach is perfect.

I’m not sure how this hotel can claim to be a 4 star hotel considering the decor and facilities. The rooms badly need renovating. The decor and facilities are at least 30 years old, if not much longer. The entrance and dining area there is a charm about the place but the rooms are outdated and not what you would expect from 4 star hotel. The breakfast was particularly bad. On the first day I was told for any hot stuff, eggs/bacon, I would need to pay €5 extra. The toaster didn’t work. The rest of the stuff available was limited and in poor quality. The room was cold and I was told it’s to save energy. After complaining the second day I was given scramble eggs for free but they were dripping in oil.

Not bad location

Biggest mistake. I booked the room for my friends, so I really care about their comfort. Unfortunately, everything was wrong. Old room, almost like from the 80's, the facility is not up-to-date. Rude service who is clearly afraid of his boss. He deserves the maximum of 2 stars, although maybe too much. I couldn't be in my friends room, and we couldn't bring purchases into my room. Which is a complete misunderstanding. The worst thing was having to pay 20 euros at the end of the stay for "using the fridge for your own needs", which was not the case. The receptionist informed me after check out that the use of the fridge is 5 euros per night, we stayed for 3 nights and we paid 20, so they can't count too. At breakfast, there was a very small selection of food and we even got spoiled peaches.

Wassnt clean at al and there was no 1,5 meter distance . Some staff had the mask only half on. And it was al old and not maintained properlyThe shower,toilet, acctually the whole bathroom was in 1 m2. And the whole room should be 20 m2 but had at elast 1/3 below 1,5 meter

Hotel next to the beach. Very helpfull staff (especially italian man who was working in the reception). Plenty choices for the breakfast. Everything was more than we expected for such price
