Location and value for the time of the visit was amazing. Bus right in front. Offered parking for euros 10 a night offsite as they have limited parking. Worked out well, just a 5 minute walk away. Beach across the street. Breakfast and staff was absolutely amazing, concierge friendly. Room clean, but super super small - deceiving in the pictures, they have beautiful rooms as well saw them when they were cleaned.

Our room‘s view overlooked the gutter and chlorine tanks for the hot tub. Room was a little cramped, barely room to walk around the bed. However, it was a great off-season price right across the street from the beach Would visit again.

Breakfast was great and staff were nice. The room was clean and location was great. Bus stop is close by and 10 minute ride to the train station. The water pressure was also good compared to some other hotels in Italy. The beach is beautiful but alot of waves and not safe to swim in early October.

We booked a double room with balcony and sea view and the photos showed a higher up view but they didnt have two single beds available so we had to stay in a lower level and you dont get the same view. They offered to move us to a higher room on the second night but we were only there for two nights so we didnt bother.

Great location, right opposite the beach and easy short bus ride to vented of Rimini. Our rooms were single economy so no views as such, the rooms with sea views at the front looked exceptional, no single rooms on the front. Fantastic breakfast!

Shame there aren’t single rooms with sea views.

This is a superb place. Room was perfect without it being snobby. Breakfast was great and location amazing. I m pretty picky and yet I was more than happy about everything. I even booked only about z5 days in advance.

Good communication with the hotel prior to arrival. Friendly staff always willing to help.Breakfast has so much selection. An amazing location, great view from the balcony amazing sunrise and moonrise, the walk to the beach 30 seconds. Great location for what we needed

Our room and balcony was perfect and being across from the beach was heaven. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet and coffee were outstanding!

The location was good and specially the ladies serving the breakfast were very friendly!!!! My kid enjoyed a lot their companionship!!!!!

The breakfast was exceptional! Many homemade sweets as well as savory options. The wait staff were excellent. The manager Giuseppe had many great recommendations for dining and activities. An excellent couple days in Rimini.

Room view with Beach, Breakfast is also good. Perfect destination for family with Kid.

Nothing as such

Loved the more mellow vibe of this area (compared to the main hotel strip closer to the center of Rimini). I would definitely call this a “boutique” hotel, but in the best sense. It’s small, but the rooms are very well kept, modern and clean. And the service is exceptional. I would absolutely recommend the two rooms on the fourth floor that have a larger balcony and more seating. Great views from any floor, and even the smaller rooms with balconies have enough room for two people to sit and look at the beach. The front desk staff is very accommodating, and will even make drinks at the bar and bring them up to your room. We had them served on the balcony. Perfetto!

If you have a car, and you’re booking far enough in advance, definitely reserve one of the parking spaces that is right at the hotel. Otherwise, the parking lot is pretty far away.

Super clean rooms, great bed with comfy pillows. Breakfast was outstanding and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and responsive.

The internet was unusable when the hotel was busy in the evenings, wifi connection was good but data throughput virtually useless.

A charming hotel right on the beach. The staff were great, and breakfast was very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet. I wish we could’ve spent more time in Fellini’s hometown.

Unobstructed view of the sea from our balcony. Close to bus stops and easy to get around. Simple bus ride from train station.

Overly scented cleaning products were very hard on allergies.

Highly recommend this house. Very lovely hotel with a particular design. Amazing. The breakfast was extraordinary. The employees are very kind. We will book again.

We stayed with our family for one nights and the hotel was super comfortable, child friendly and ideal for our stay. It was close to cafes and restaurants, and the beach was just across the road. The breakfast service was quite nice too, and the books and board games for children in the lobby were a lovely touch.

The rooms were quite nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was really good.

The lack of noise insulation in the room was a major drawback. It felt as though the walls were paper-thin, making every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway disturbingly clear. I could hear conversations, footsteps, and even the faint creak of furniture being moved. The sound of water running from nearby taps or showers was particularly disruptive, especially late at night or early in the morning. Adding to the discomfort, noises from outside, such as traffic or people talking, also filtered in, making it difficult to relax or sleep. It was far from the quiet and peaceful environment one expects from a hotel stay.

The AC didn’t work.the personnel was not there to fix it during their shift.
