Helpful staff, tasty and varied breakfast, room cleaned and towels changed every day. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport (bus stop nearby), with restaurants/pizzerias and a lovely gelateria nearby.

It's a pity that the pool was closed on the last day before our departure (9 September), even though the air temperature was still 28 degrees Celsius (it had been closed due to the end of the season).

The staff of the hotel were amazing always very helpful and friendly. The pool was really clean and alway had a lifeguard. The breakfast was delicious lots of different options. The hotel overall was very clean and had nice decor, we really enjoyed our stay!!

The room was not up to the standard as 4 star hotel . No other facilities was available during our stay. No iron and iron board was available. The basic service was not provided

poorly equipped, small rooms, uncomfortable bed, which was supposed to be a king size bed, but instead, only two single beds were pushed together. the breakfast was under every level.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The location was OK it was near the beach and plenty of restaurants. The local bus stops were close by. The staff on the reception desk were great!

Tea and coffee was not in the room

Wouldn't use again

Beds uncomfortable, overpriced hotel.€20 to park in the carpark for a night and in a back street that was a nightmare to drive around with very narrow busy streets.Breakfast consisted of manly cakes.Certainly doesn't merit 4 stars

The experience was super positive. From the beginning the property and the staff helped us in living Rimini and the journey in the best possible way. In addition, the last day, even if we checked out late (our fault), they made no problem and provided also breakfast (even if it was already "closed").

No big issues to highlight.

The hotel was not very clean. The computer table is too small to sit and put your feet under. There is no vegan breakfast except cornflakes with no non-dairy milk. The manager was very accommodating, he moved a patio table to my room for me to work on. The sheets were dirty, the showers were dirty, there was dust in the cupboards, and the curtains

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is on the second plan from the beach with 2 minutes walk to the beach. Clean room and good facilities.

Although it is a 4 stars hotel, in my entire hotel experience I have never seen a smaller room for this rating. For 2 persons that do no spend much time in the room it is ok.

Hotel is perfectly located, just about 20 minutes by walk from the old centre and just about 2 or 3 minutes from the beach. The room itself was not the largest, but the terrace was amazing - large and with a beautiful view (on one side to San Marino and on the other to the sea). Awesome staff, friendly and always helpful. The pool area is also very pleasant. Breakfast was good and the coffee at the bar was fantastic.

A little expensive parking - 20 Euros per day is quite enough.

Very noisy until 1h30 in the morning. Thin walls, you can hear everything in the rooms. A lot of guests were quite disrespectful and very noisy even when coming home way after midnight.Private parking is secured but too expensive (€20/day) The pool looks nicer on the hotel pictures.
