    Pros +

    • We arrived at the Suite Hotel later than prognosticated due to a highway access closure from our starting point (Matera) to the Coastal Hwy along the Adriatic Coast, and unusual traffic congestion. Our Suite on the 4th floor was reserved and well-prepared though, which was a pleasant surprise for us. We were also able to park our car, at the hotel-owned parking place, and the reception-staff kindly advised us that we would be able to withdraw our car from that parking space as often as we liked to.Since the early 1960s Rimini became known as a popular beach resort for international Europeen travelers, but soon thereafter it lost market share due to competition, mainly from Spain and Greece. Yet, I have fond memories of that early period, and the type of hotel I booked is still in demand by people who enjoy access to all amenities---including a fully equipped kitchen---while on vacation. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, both in terms of the variety and quality of the offered breakfast food items.I can confidently recommend this hotel, on account of the completeness of its services and the friendliness of the staff.
    • Lovation nea the sea
    • Great location, in the front row to the beach, with a nice heated pool, generous and delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and polite and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The view from the apartment was great. We had 2 large balconies, one perfect for drying swimsuits and the other one perfect for enjoying the view and watch the sunrise.

    Cons -

    • Nothing to criticize...
    • In the kitchen there were no proper kitchenware for cooking and everyday use and they charged us 15 eur per day for parking, if we are hotel guest parking should be for free, you should calculate this costs in costs for renting the apartment. At the end of our vacations this was bad experence for us.
    • It’s clear that the hotel was a fancy one at some point, but now it shows is hasn’t been upgraded for some time. The furniture is modest, mattresses a bit worn, facilities in general are a bit worn out.The cleaning could have been better, especially in the bathroom where my expectation would be that everything is spotless.

Everything was beautiful. Especially the pool and the spa area. As a finn it was nice to find that the finnish sauna was actually an authentic finnish sauna with a kiuas you can throw water on. The lady working at the spa was the most helpful and loveliest person. Wish to visit soon again!

Breakfast and bar staff were very good. The views from the room are amazing

The hotel is not a 4 star, the room size, equipment and general decay was lamentable. Cracks on the walls, peeled paint, worn furniture, electrical problems, no microwave oven. The reception and management personnel seem to have taken a master on customer service from a 1 star road motel, their favorite phrase is: I can't do anything about that.

Loved the proximity to the beach and the view of the sea

The pool is by the road so not super private. Lovely big pool though

The rooms need a little retouch

Le Rose was marvelous with great décor but the amazing staff made a meaningful difference.

The airconditioner wasn’t working but it’s not a big deal.

Exceptional vacation! We had a suite as we were company of four. Very spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, amenities in top. We had everything we needed. Beach is across the street, the pool was spacious and with lots of jets and 2 waterfalls. Lots of sunbeds as well. Breakfast was tastefully, rich and to cover each taste. You can eat in the breakfast area or take it to your room and that was another great plus with teens. Staff and owner are there all the time, and they do their best to make everyone feel welcome. You get beach towels at the spa (big plus), the spa offers a lot as well. The street in front offers shops, restaurants, location is very good as it is close to some pretty areas to explore. Bus stop close by if you need to go on a trip. You can have a dog with you and it's another big plus.Bedrooms are placed it the middle of the building so you don't get disturbed at all from the street noise.I can't say anything else, but thanks for a lovely vacation, we did love our stay her ❤️

I didn't find anything to complain about.

The reception at the hotel was excellent, as well as the cleanliness and the location. Good Breakfast.

It was disappointing to find that the description mentioned a high floor room with a stunning seaview while all that I could see from my balcony were cars from the parking lot, the crossing road, the beach umbrellas , and a tiny part of the sea. With the bonus noise...Minimalist toiletries in the bathroom.

This was the only hotel that we stayed at during a 3 week trip in Italy to get pampered after a string of vacation rentals and it didn't disappoint. The decor was stylish and tasteful, staff was lovely and spoke perfect English, it had full amenities including a spa pool free breakfast and parking. We stayed in the balcony room with sea view and loved it. Tons of good restaurants in walking distance. Great massage treatment. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Air conditioning was slow to cool the room. Apparently there's a regulation that requires hotels to limit the level of cooling available to save energy, so that may not have been the hotel's fault.

Amazing Hotel, with excellent views of the beach.Swimming Pool was heated and great for a little splash around with my 2 year old.Staff extremely helpful and attentive with booking taxis.

We weren't given an understanding of where to book towels for the swimming pool, or how to get direct access to the beach, so had to navigate the road to get around the back of the hotel (which wasn't ideal with a 2 year old)

The hotel has a great location right on the beach and close to the town center. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious, and it’s a big plus that there’s a large parking area.

However, the furnishings are quite outdated, the kitchen lacks basic utensils, and soundproofing is poor – you can hear noise from other rooms and loud music from outside. It’s also disappointing that you have to pay extra to use the pool.

Nice location, nice people, nice facilities in the gym and in the SPA.

It was all good, so there is nothing I didn’t like, however if I can say something to improve the only minor think come in my mind is the speed of the lift, that should be improved so to spend less time waiting

    8MaximePosted on: 3-24-2025

Nice hotel, friendly staff and close to the beach.I was there in March so I probably could not use the full potential of it.

    The bathroom could be refreshed.

    Not worth the money.

Was told our room would have two single beds in addition to the master bedroom. Ended up getting a sofa bed instead. The manager was extremely unhelpful in resolving this. Kept insisting the sofa bed was better instead of admitting they gave us the wrong room. looked upscale in the photos, was just a very basic hotel.
