Very nice hotel, close to the beach, Comfortable room, quiet and clean. Very comfy bed. Great breakfast and so friendly staff.

We got a room with entrance straight from the common terrace and near the kitchen, so noises could be heard from early morning.

Amazing location, good breakfast, helpful staff.

The only real complaint was that shower head was a bit dirty.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Rimini. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, and good restaurants, in a quiet area that’s not too crowded, perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean, including the reception area, which was spotless and well-kept. The room had everything I needed, and the bed was very comfortable — which made a big difference. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but fresh and tasty. Overall, it’s a great option — I also recommend it for solo travelers. I’d definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the noise from the air conditioning — it was a bit loud at night. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs might help.

Had to wait to check in exactly at 3 pm and we had communication issues because clerk didnt know much English.

Located very close to the beach, the hotel is quite charming. The room was impeccable, clean and tidy. The bed was comfy, slept so well. The bath has a good size and nice toiletries, including an oral care kit, with a toothbrush and toothpaste, and, of course, hairdryer which is always so useful. The staff is amazing and very helpful, nice suggestions for the beach and around Rimini. The breakfast is very good, with savory omelet, different type of cheese, prosciutto and amazing every day freshly baked cake- i d recommend the brownie which was so yammy! The hotel has a private parking right in front, which is very convenient. A place that s definitely on my return list. Grazie!

The staff was very kind and welcoming, the facilities are clean and comfortable. Location is very close to the beach and bus stops which allow you to have a fast access to the city centre.

Hotel is located next to the beach near the city center. In the morning you can expect an excellent breakfast, with which some people are offered coffee (they didn't offer us)

There are a lot of hidden fees in the hotel. For example 10€ for parking, 1,7€ for water in the room. The fees are always only marginally mentioned, for example, they are written in small print in the lift. I find it unfair to customers and it seems like a tourist trap.

Very clean large room. Breakfast was amazing and well exceeded expectations. The staff were really friendly and helpful and catered for almost everything.

The shower wasnt very powerful and didnt work as good as it could have done, but i made do and managed a good shower.

Had a lovely warm welcoming from our receptionist when we arrived. While she registered us we were offered a lovely refreshing mint water drink & snacks. Our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.. we were only there2 nights but the staff went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we wanted. We walked to the old town & with advice from our receptionist again visited all the places she highlighted. We had a wonderful day. We would definitely stay there again

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable for 2 person.Not a typical continental breakfast but unique local pastry.

Antonella, Susanna and the rest of the staff were most accommodating. Breakfast and coffee was great and just as good is the 5 minute walk to the nearby beach.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is very good. The hotel is close to the beach. The parking place is next to the hotel. We had a lovely time in Rimini.

The hotel owner / recepcionist was friendly and very nice. I would stay here next time too. Parking space was large enough.

The fridge was not working and the shower door was stuck. But overall the room was good.

- Convenient parking in a field in front of the hotel. - The breakfast was very good.- There is free water to drink during the day at the reception area, which is a nice addition.- The hotel is about 20' walk to the city centre of Rimini

- It's a basic hotel, which needs some update. Priority would be to remove the old red carpeting from the rooms. - The sea of Rimini is dirty. This has obviously nothing to do with the hotel, but the local hoteliers should also ask for more strict rules in the over-exploitation of the seascape in this country, i.e. less sun beds, less beach bars, better cleaning etc. etc.

Breakfast is always good and the area is nice. Plenty of places to exercise the dog.

During my stay the ac in the room malfunctioned and I couldnt control the temperature. This happened during late evening so I didnt alert the staff which I am sure would have assisted me if I did.

Best breakfast by far in Italy... great coffee served, even better than most cafe around...All Antonella's recommendations should be followed like restaurants around, transportation etc...
