Clean, great location, great staff, breakfast is excellent.

It was winter, quite on beach

The central location in the marina, easy walk to the city center, nice restaurants and in the summer season, the beach is just there. The city center was lovely with festive lights at this time of the year.We could park our car at the hotel, for a reasonable charge. The hotel is very clean, our room was impeccable. Excellent soundproofing, we could not hear the traffic at all. Nice breakfast. Our room included access to the spa but we did not have time to try it. We were impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the personnel at the reception and in the breakfast room.

The only thing we did not appreciate was the messaging. Immediately after making the reservation, long messages listing rules and prices, not very welcoming. One message telling us pets are not allowed in all room categories (we were not even asking about pets as we don't have one). And the strangest one, asking for a review ("are we a perfect ten?") before we had even checked in.

We booked the Crystal Suite with the jacuzzi in the room. Room was spacious, clean and had a great view. Breakfast was great. Mostly yogurt and pastries but there were scrambled eggs (real eggs), hard boiled eggs and bacon. Everyone who worked at the hotel was very pleasant and friendly. Great location, beach and playground right outside our door. Short walk to the main piazza.

A major reason we chose this hotel was for the spa. We were only there for two days and looked forward to using it the morning before check out but it was closed for repair.

The location is excellent, right in the center. Balcony was very nice. there is a car park as well but you have to book other vise you can't find parking space. very nice garden that we spent some time and enjoyed.

Breakfast is average, service is also average, but the biggest problem is the very uncomfortable beds in the rooms. We asked to split the room bill, but unfortunately they said they couldn't do that either, which is quite incomprehensible.

Location good being close to beach. Reception very helpful. Breakfast was very nice, spacious, good choice and juice maker.

Some freshening up would be beneficial.

The property is ideally located in Marina near the beach and close to many e cells by restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The personnel were very professional and provided excellent service. The spa is a very nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the beach to relax on the rooftop.

The initial room assigned was very loud due to the music from nearby bars and discos. The management was able to reassign a quieter room - as I was traveling with an elder parent

I stayed in a beautiful suite with beach view and enjoyed the spa on the rooftop.

The hotel was lovely and our room was absolutely beautiful. We booked the suite with a jacuzzi, and it did not disappoint! My husband and I have already decided we'll be coming back for our anniversary

Breakfast needed to offer more. More cake on offer than any real healthy options other than over cooked scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Paper cups in the room , should be glass. NoCoffee machine in the room except a kettle and a sashay of coffee granules. Major noise issue of a DJ playing in a restaurant opposite until 1am. Don’t book if you value your sleep

Classic style, very helpful and responsive staff and good location to the beach area and surprisingly good restaurants. A bit longer (20 -25 min) to walk to the center of the city and the fabulous Fellini museum.

I was truly impressed by the hotel! I received a warm welcome at check-in. The room was very clean, and I requested a room with a bathtub — there was no problem at all, the staff made it happen. When I needed hot water for my child, they were extremely helpful and kind. The housekeeping lady did an amazing job — everything was spotless!At breakfast, there was everything you could wish for. A very friendly lady served us a great espresso, and the food was delicious, with something for every taste.Thank you for everything!d Location near the beach,

Two overly officious and pompous male reception staff who were unwelcoming and unfriendly. Without them , it would have been 5/5. Don’t make customers feel like they are in the wrong, when they aren’t!

The hotel was nice and very clean, close to the beach and many restaurants. The staff were great and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and good quality food.. In the evening they serve aperitivo for free, you just have to buy the drinks and they offer tasty snacks which are very common in Italy.. The room was very, very clean, comfy beds, nice and modern furniture.We traveled in March and it was a nice and quiet atmosphere, very cozy. The Spa is small but very relaxing, you can book 1h daily and they have a jacuzzi and a dry and wet sauna. We booked 1h in the evening and it was very relaxing after a long day of walking in Rimini. I recommend the hotel for it's value for money. It's also close to the train station and the bus station, very easy to reach and in a nice area to visit in March. Probably during the summer it is crowded but in March it was just perfect for us.
