An Art Nouveau villa of the late 19th century, in the heart of Rimini's Marina Centro, this is the pleasant setting of Esedra Hotel. The building is surrounded by an extensive garden, where a hot tub is available in the summer. The beach is 656 feet away. Easy access to a wealth of tourist activities and the Riviera's famous night life are granted when staying at the Esedra. The first Italian dance hall, the Dolce Vita, and the whole Italian disco scene originated here back in the 1960s. All rooms and apartments come with a LED TV with USB port and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A generous breakfast including sweet and savory food is served until 10:00. The breakfast was good. The location is excellent.
The hotel has mor compartments. Our was not too good. No good climatisation in the apartment. The ventillator was really noisy.
The only positive thing is that the hotel is very close to the beach.
The refrigerator is totally useless- it can't make the water colder even when it was switched on for the whole night. There is an air conditioner which is in very bad condition and doesn't work effectively- outside is 40 degrees and it took 1 hour after switching on to make the temperature 1 degree less in room which is 10 square meters. There are some kind of pillows, but they were extremely uncomfortable. No one controlled the drunk guests on the pool who made a noise after the midnight and didn't let the rest guests to sleep. For breakfast it was offered old and dry bread and desserts - at least from the previous day.
The location is great. Near beach and city centre. Stuff is very nice and helpfull. Breakfast was decent.

A good choice is only a 3 minutes walk from the main street at the Beach that everything takes place. Bars clubs restaurants Beach Bar and swimming. Very polite staff good breakfast with private parking if there is availiability.

Delicious breakfast, great location, sea and restaurants nearby. The airport can be reached by foot along the beach in 1.30 hours. Nice and friendly staff.
