Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Loved our stay and the world famous Cafe allonge. Lol :)

Rimini was a last minute decision for us before heading to Cinque Terre so I checked a few places before booking and I always take the time to read the reviews before I book a place so here's my honest review for other people like us.The location was great,right in front of the beach and very close to the station where for only 1,50€ you take the bus that brings you in 5 minutes to the Rimini Central Station (only 2 stations away).The staff was very welcoming and friendly,they will kindly answer to your questions :) It was very clean and they are cleaning daily.I really appreciated the balcony and the view from our room/balcony.We had pretty much everything we needed from the fridge where we could keep our cool drinks to the comfortable bed and the much needed aircon.Overall a great experience and I recommend it :)

It wasn't something that I didn't really like but this is more like a suggestion,the included breakfast has lots of sweets but I would add some vegetables/fruits for people who would like to make a salad instead :) Even though I really loved the balcony view,unfortunately there was only one chair on it so as a couple we couldn't sit together and enjoy the view.We would've loved a small table and one more chair so we could eat/drink there or just sit and watch.I saw that some balconies are too small for that but I also saw that others have enough space.I thought that maybe the reason they don't have it it's because the structure of the balconies is not strong enough to support all that but I'm not sure:) Nevertheless, it would be nice :) Other than that,we really enjoyed our time there.

Very nice hotel, 2 minutes away from the beach. Located in the best area of Rimini. I ended up with a better room than what I should have. The staff there are phenomenal, helping with every inquiry and providing tips for Rimini and the surroundings. Room was nice, clean and the balcony offering a sea view was just what I needed. Would come back for sure.

The location and the personnel are very nice.

We had a 3 bed room and the bathroom was very small.

The power socket coul be closer to the bed.

for our October dates price was very reasonable, people at the reception were kind and helpful. we could rent bike for free. sea is just on the other side of the road ?

hotel is close to the sea, but city center is 20+ mins walk. rented bikes were in very bad condition (although free of charge ?)

The room was small, but had everything we needed. Very clean. All cosmetics in the bathroom. The personel was the best, very helpful, gives you advices about restaurants, transfer to San Marino. The hotel is located very close to the beach. It offers good breakfast, coffee and mostly sweet things.

Receptionist was very helpful and the rest of the staff were friendly. The room was cool during very hot days. Breakfast included sweet Italian pastry but also eggs and bacon.

The room felt a bit crowded for our family of five.

Tha location is really good, in front of the sea , the staff is really nice and helpful , the rooms are clean. The hotel is near shops and restaurants.

The room is not very large, the toiletries they provide could be better, the lightning in the room is not very good, the bed is basic , but for a short stay is a good choice .

Staff members were always smiling, the bed was comfortable. The location was great, surrounded by restaurants, 2 minute walk from the nearest beach and the bus stop to San Marino.

The room was much smaller then expected (but still sufficient for our needs anyway). The lightning from the hallway filtered in through the bathroom window.

Dinner could be better, restaurant playing with meniu for tourist, as you order fried fish, but then you can order only fries or saladas with it...you have to choose one, you dont get full dish,

Not so much action in the area, but it is March, not yet the summer season.

I was amazed when I saw the price of this hotel (off-season) and thought how could this possibly be true? Therefore my expectations were pretty low going into this hotel. Once I arrived, the door staff were kindly up due to my unfortunate change of plans and welcomed me into my room. The room was your typical seaside resort hotel but perfectly comfortable, clean and with a good location to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised as I was expecting a much worse hotel. The hotel had all of the facilities needed and even a balcony overlooking the sea.

Not the fault of the hotel itself but the main road was diverted right in front of the hotel which made for a rather disturbed sleep as you would wake up early due to the revving of motorbikes and trucks. The shower also wasn't the most powerful in the world. None of this stopped the enjoyment of stay and the amazing value for money.

Very pleasant, clean room with a balcony and sea view. Great location, right next to the promenade, and about 25 minutes' walk to the center of Rimini. The bed was comfortable, towels were changed every day. The service was very nice and helpful :)

First of all the most important thing was for us that the hotel was dog-friendly and it was really close to the beach too. The room was clean and the staff were really friendly all the time we needed help. They offer a secured parking only 200 meters away from the hotel.

I’ve read comments about rooms being small and was skeptic, our room was really small even for 2 people, however we used it only for sleeping and was sightseeing fast the whole day so it was ok, just good to know … ? There was no kettle or glass in the room but if you need one you can ask at the reception or the bar for them.

It’s close by the sea, however we didn’t stay in summer so everything was closed but the bus stop was close by to go to the Center/train station (we went to San Marino for a day trip)

The double bed was basically two separate beds put together which was not the most comfortable. We had a balcony which is great but the neighbouring room balcony was very very close by if this hotel was full I would be able to see the people next door from my balcony.

The staff were the only good thing at this hotel. They were super friendly and very efficient. However the hotel inside is beyond tired, the walls were paper thin so i could hear my neighbours at midnight for two hours admittedly just talking, but it sounded like they were in my room, and there was no number to call reception to ask them to keep down the "noise". The bed was like concrete, and extremely uncomfortable. The location was really good and so was the view. If they had just done a refurbishment inside then this could be a great hotel.

The best part of this place was how clean the rooms were. The cleaning staff were not only excellent at their job but also friendly and helpful. The location was also nice - not too far away from the main part of town.

Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Everyone in our group (2 different rooms) had difficulty sleeping due to the severely worn matteresses. There were not enough electrical outlets in the room. We had to take turns using them and had to unplug the TV to attach a computer. The hairdryer was so weak as to be worthless for us so either be prepared to let your hair dry naturally or bring your own.
