Great location and great breakfast

Kids got an headache from the scent which was sprayed on the curtains in the room, which were removed by the staff and put on the balcony, which solved the issue

The stuff! I asked to give me one see view on upper floor and I received on the first floor, barely see the sea!

Everything! I cannot say enough about this hotel and the staff. I was celebrating a birthday and the were just super helpful in making sure everything went well with h my planning. The beach was right across the street. It was a bus ride away from the station, the mall. I loved staying at Parco dei Principe.

The staff was very friendly. And we enjoyed sitting out front and relaxing by the pool. Very open and airy with a great breakfast!

Rooms were comfortable, excellent breakfast. Room was facing the very well kept beach, hiring of sunbeds and parasol we felt was a bit expensive,as we were sitting beside dog and owner sunbathing pens.

Clean and quiet. Nice swimming pools. Excellent breakfast. We did not have be a car and it was a bit of a hike to the train station, But there were plenty of restaurants in the area around the hotel

Location was perfect easy to get around bus stops outside beach within 200mtrs very clean rooms and whole of hotel.

Some of the staff could have been a bit more friendly and cheerful ( not the receptionists they were good)

The breakfast was beyond amazing. The staff is incredible and so helpful. Located across the street from the beach. Restaurants, shopping and bars across the street. Commuter tram is within walking distance

The bathroom design didn’t make any sense. Very tight space overall and a shower cabin was very narrow. Carpets in the corridors are stained and outdated, but I guess the stains are coming from the pets who most likely didn’t make it to potty outside (no smell though).Pool is located in front of the entrance facing the busy street which is a tad weird.Overall a good stay for one night but won’t choose this hotel for a beach vacation.

we booked this hotel specifically due to being marketed as dog friendly, next to the dog beach and all. they had a new rule and did not allow dogs in the breakfast room, even though it was allowed previously. This was disappointing. We will probably not book this hotel again because of that

Lovely hotel with a warm and friendly ambience. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of foods. The decor of the hotel was to a very high standard giving an airy and sophisticated feel. The hotel was perfect for the beach and the local restaurants. The staff were friendly and eager to help. We would highly recommend this hotel.

The only issue we had was the lack of a functioning extractor fan in the bathroom despite reporting this to the staff. The combination of tiled walls and floor and steam led to a great deal of condensation, which resulted in the floor becoming extremely unsafe to walk on. A pity because the rating would be 10 out of 10 otherwise.

Very clean (except carpets in the corridors). Nice breakfast with lot of options.

Position is not ideal. Due to the longer distance from the center the main street is full of awful shops and most of the restaurants are not very good.

Fantastic spot, near all amenities and beachfront. Breakfast was very good. Loved our family stay.

Breakfast is amazing. Also staff and location. Its nice small hotell.

Pillows were kind of uncomfortable, too stiff. And also you can hear neighbors and outside really well.

It was a shame that there were not sunbeds at the beach that are included on the price already but you have to pay them separately. Also very thin walls between the rooms so you can hear next door pretty loudly
