Amazing hosts! Very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food. 10 minute walk from Rimini train station and Bonneli bus to San Marino. Great value as well! Highly recommend!

Omg. This was like a 6 stars hotel. Everything was more then perfect. I worked in 5 stars hotels as musician. But this hotel really surprised me. Beautiful room with all needed, excellent breakfast. All is cute and comfortable! Congratulations guys! You are the best!

Location between station and beach was perfect for us and generally pretty quiet.Breakfast was very good.Staff were very helpful and carried our bags to the second floor..

Kind and helpful staff, excellent food, great location, close to the beach and the center but at quiet place, clean facilities. Everything was perfect.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent—just a 10–15 minute walk to both the train station and the beach.

There were no disposable slippers and no electric kettle. The minibar water was expensive. Our friend was staying at a hotel near us in 2 walk, yet had everything included. Compared to that, this place felt a bit pricey for the amenities offered.

It was a comfortable small room with a nice view. The location is wonderful, just a short walk from the sea and downtown.

Excellent location, breakfast and friendly staff. The price was also fair.

The mattress was too hard to sleep on. Coffee was not so good.

Nice room and good price, plus close to the train station and the beacht. We stayed 4 nights.

Although we were very satisfied, I have to note the following:The hotel doors are closed after a certain hour. Unfortunately, nobody at the reception had told us, we had to ring the bell at the front porch in order to get in at night. The night porter told us this the first night (not very friendly). The following two nights we had to ring multiple times and wait for a while. The last night we had to call the reception since the night porter wasn’t waking up by the bell after ringing for minutes. Maybe another system would be more reliable. Later, we heard others ring a lot that night as well.Two not as significant notes:Also, we had to ask 3 times for separat blankets - even though I booked separate beds.The room in the first floor was very loud in the morning because of the guests (from 7.30 a.m.).

Hotel location was good, 15 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins to the beach. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. The hotel reception area was fairly modern and the staff were all really friendly and efficient. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good choice. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were good.

The bedroom and bathroom needed modernising. The hot water was luke-warm for the majority of our 3 night stay. The bedroom didn’t have tea/coffee making facilities, or a fridge, both of which would massively improve the experience. The safe provided wasn’t bolted down, so seemed a bit pointless really. The window in the bathroom had no mosquito guard, so had to be kept closed the whole time. We left do not disturb on our room deliberately, but housekeeping decided to come in anyway. I’m sure this was with good intention, but wasn’t required. The electricity supply kept tripping and rebooting every few minutes.

Welcoming relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff ready to help. Perfect location close to the beach and to the train station as well, on a quiet street. Fantastic breakfast with wide range of dishes, including fresh fruits.

We spent four very comfortable and relaxing days in this hotel. It is situated in a leafy and quiet area, yet it's easy to reach the sea and the historical centre from there. The staff are very efficient, friendly and willing to help. We loved our room and our balcony. All the areas are very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The abundant breakfast is varied, with both savoury and sweet options and all of good quality.

Excellent location, perfect for getting to the imola circuit but also near the beach to enjoy a stroll in the evening and enjoy the Italian food

The hotel was about halfway between the train station and the beach and was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a further 12 minute walk to the main drag on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The room was plenty spacious and the beds comfortable enough with nice sheets. The bathroom was roomy with plenty of hot water and good water pressure and nice towels. The included breakfast was generous with pastries, breads, cereals, yogurts, fruits, fruit juices, various teas and coffees, meats and cheeses and hard boiled eggs and poached eggs. They even provided breakfast at 6am as our train departure was 7am which was quite helpful.

Although on the map the hotel looks very close to the train station, it is a longer walk because you have to walk way down the railway tracks to cross under the tracks and come back down the other side of the tracks to get to the hotel. Also only one half of the hotel is accessible by elevator so if you don't want to deal with stairs, be sure your room is on a floor accessed by the elevator.
