Staff, cleanliness, breakfast- very nice staff and helpful

Very small shower, small room, we had to keep our clothes in the luggage at all time as there are no drawers

Very friendly personnel. The beach is near. The breakfast is good. There is a pool. Clean and comfortable.

Something not really within the reach of the hotel: the bar on the beach with the very loud music, including in the evening up to 22:30.

I appreciated the friendly and kind staff, the hotel's convenient location, and the complimentary bikes offered, which made exploring the city much easier

The food was terrible. Breakfast was the same every day, with very limited fruit and vegetables—only unwashed cherry tomatoes were offered. The bread and croissants were stale. I’d rate the food a 2.Additionally, the hotel wasn’t clean, and even the coffee cups weren’t washed properly. In the bathroom, everything felt like it was falling apart. The showerhead leaked from all sides, the hand soap dispenser was full but didn’t work, the flush button on the toilet kept falling off, and the towel hangers were inadequate. The bathroom definitely needs attention and repairs.Overall, I was not satisfied.

Dangerous - do not stay.

The room was very dirty and remained so even after the cleaner was sent back to the room.There was water dripping from light fixtures and over sockets.The air conditioning does not work.And the staff are aggressive - including physically - with guests. Despite video evidence of this, the management believe that being physically aggressive towards guests is appropriate and refused even an apology. We left after the first night as we did not feel safe.

Toilet space was a nightmare. Shower area is to small that you can either break the cover or hurt yourself while taking a shower.We got the quadruple room, but with 4 beds (2 bunk and a double bed), the remaining space is too small to fit our things (we need to do some logistical set up just to put our things in/out of the luggage.

The location was alright, but our experience and mistakes that were made from the hotel downgraded all our experience of the hotel and ruined our family vacation. It was horrible and i will never go there again or recommend it to anyone! Be aware of this one.

Horrible! Mistakes after mistakes! They double booked and we had to leave after only 2days. I was travelling as a solo parent with 2 kids. All hotels of Rimini were packed and i stayed on the phone for hours trying to solve this mess and find new accommodation. Needless to say, me or my kids did not enjoy and i was stressed and worried. They offered me 1 cocktail for the mess and not a penny discount. The manager was disrespectful and laughed at my face when i was firm on getting refund as i had invested 1350 euros for the stay. He took no responsibility and had no human decency to care or show any sympathy. After endless emails and phonecalls to booking.com that was the third party of the hotel, he was advised to refund me the nights that we did not use. I did not get all the money and he charged full price for the 2 nights we stayed. The hotel staff was advised to help us find similar hotel which they managed and it was much more expensive and i had to pay it from my pocket. The staff at the new hotel were very caring and friendly but unfortunately we had to find a new hotel as the room we were only 7m2 and we could not open our suitcases as there was no space and we felt crammed. The night there was 300 euros. Finally i found a new lovely hotel that accompanied us well and paid them ofcourse from my own pocket. Now the total hotel cost is HUGE and i'm getting really stressed if we have some allowance to enjoy our holiday as i have paid crazy amount in hotels!The irony and mistakes does not stop here unfortunately ?We arrived on a rental car and hotel Belvedere offers free parking space for their guests. When we arrived tired after hours of driving there was no free parking space so the hotel staff advised me where to park as they had some extra space next to the hotel. i followed their instructions and got a feedback and confirmation that the parking was legit.

The pool was lovely, great breakfast and cold water dispenser in the lobby so you could refill water bottles.

The room was very small with no drawers to put your clothes away, just a hanging rail.

I like the pool but they said in the booking its open until23 in the evening but thats fine we enjoy the hotel

The breakfast is really not good all the food is not delicious and also the coffe is so bad .

Breakfast was perfect (maybe more fruits and vegetables would be better). Room was clean, like the whole hotel. Towells was changed regularly. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Pool is fine (mostly enough space next to the pool). Free WiFi with good quality.

In the 2 beds room is bathroom really small, especially the shower (where there was also no light). No refrigerator in the both rooms.

Friendly staff that does everything to meake your stay plesent. Tasty but small breakfast.

The room is realy small, 2 signle beds 80 cm each, room cramped, bathroom cramped...when you go on number 2. You re basicaly cramped between shower cabin and wall. No refrigirator in room, AC keeps turning off. Ratio price/offer is not realy right hotel next door is kinda in same price category but seems more posh.

The staff were great, and so was my room. Very modern and clean.

Room didn’t have a hair dryer

Location and Pool are absolutely wonderful. The aesthetic of the common areas is so pleasing. Breakfast is genius and delicious - loved the fruit and yogurt. The only thing missing were some tasty tomatoes.

The logo outside the hotel - it does not match the lovely interiors. Would’ve been great to have more furniture on the terrace. We only had two chairs, no table.

Firstly, we didn’t get the room that was showed in booking details, room furniture was almost the same, but bathroom was far older as on booking photos. We didn’t argue with hotel stuff, because we arrived late and were tired, and our stay was only two nights. In whole photos on booking are looking far better as in reality.Beds are VERY uncomfortable, springs are very tough, hurting your body.Secondly, and more important, rooms are dirty. Lots of hair on towels and bedding. Bad smell, mix of old furniture and smoke. Hangers are all different and mostly cheep metal ones like they were left from previous guests. Huge stains on the walls.There is no WIFI in the room.Bathroom is very old. Shower door is extremely loud. One side at the bottom of the shower looks like unfinished repair project, mould on the sides.

A bit outdated but for the price it’s perfect

The hotel is just accross the street from the beach and on a street full of restaurants and a commercial area. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was abundant.

The room was quite small and so was the bathroom.

The pool was still open, clever thinking. Breakfast was very good and there’s an amazing restaurant opposite the hotel on the right for lunch/dinner. Try the Spaghetti Allo Scoglio. Phenomenal.
