- This is my first review on booking.com. This hotel, which is dated, not well maintained and with extremely noisy customers, takes your payment during the check-in process, without giving you the chance to look at your room first. Even though on the surface the staff at the front desks are somewhat friendly unfortunately they ultimately showed very poor customer service dealing with the situation when I was sick. After I called them at 6am to let them know that I vomited, they didn't ask if I needed anything at all. I called them again after I vomited the 4th time at 9, asked if they had some remedies: the answer was no, and I shouldn't even drink water...One hour later, during the checkout process they didn't even ask if I was ok after I vomited 4 times in 4 hours, this should be basic reasonable care and skill, I didn't feel treated like a human - I have never in my life had an experience like this and hope i never do again.

Hotel it was clean and breakfast was okay
The swimming pool it was cold just normal tap water and we had no mini fridge
