    Pros +

    • Great location - friendly older couple seem to run this hotel - everything we needed - we stayed in their apartments around the corner and it was ideal - cleaners every day and fresh towels etc - Warm (it was january) and a great shower - comfortable beds with extra pillows available - we didn't have breakfast at hotel but it was available
    • The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. We were lucky and got our room when we arrived early in the morning before check-in time. Hotel is located about 20 minute walk from the central train station which was convenient for us, and is very close to the beach. The breakfast was light but great (lots of pies).
    • Have stayed here many times before. The staff are lovely and the breakfast is great. It’s only a couple of hundred metres from the beach & promenade and has numerous cafes & restaurants nearby.

    Cons -

    • The facility is on the older side (like most things in Italy), so when we plugged in our devices for charging, it blew out the circuit (so we lost heating too). The circuit breaker was reset, but this is something to keep in mind.
    • This is not a criticism but the parking beside the hotel is pretty tight particularly if you have a largeish car.
    • It would be better if they provided a bottle of shower form instead of in small packets.

I stayed at this little lovely hotel for a week. It was just a 20 min walk from the train station. There were restaurants near the hotel. There was also a laundromat near the hotel for me to do my laundry. Breakfast was simple but nice. I always ordered cappuccino from the owner, and sometimes I ordered an omelette, and the staff would prepare for me. When I checked out, the owner (an old lady) even wanted to bid me farewell and asked how my stay was. Overall, this hotel is good value for money.

It would be better if they provided a bottle of shower form instead of in small packets.

-The staff is very friendly. They were always open to help when we approached them. -The room was comfortable.-The location is convenient both for the seaside and old town.Cheers to the happy old couple (probably owners)

family hotel atmosphere, daily cleaning, good breakfast, location - close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket

rusty soap holder in the shower, the bed was not very comfortable,i prefer less sweet breakfast and not such overroasted coffee - just personal preference

Amazing staff made for a very friendly environment. The breakfast was amazing and we had gorgeous views from our room.

The only downside was no kettle but the fridge was very handy

From the moment we walked into this hotel we felt the warmth of the welcome from the owner of this property. Indeed over the course of our stay we found every staff member amazing! The hotel is spotlessly clean, it’s in a great location, breakfast was delicious and the room was quiet and comfortable. We’d happily stay here again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely nothing to dislike here. Lots of people told us to take Rimini off our itinerary but we found it a perfect place to explore the region including San Marino and this hotel would be my first choice !Thanks to all the staff who made our stay memorable

Good value for money, only we had to find parking, because in hotel were ocupado. Breakfast very basic. Owners made our trip better.

Parking..can't reserve when book and it's about luck will you find or not free space. We didn't and it was nightmare to find one..

    Dissatisfied.

The hotel was entirely decorated with dead flowers. The staff communicated dismissively, speaking only in German and refusing to switch to English or Italian upon request. It turned out the hotel is run by russians, who treated us in a discriminatory way.Breakfast had a very limited selection, and dishes were offered selectively depending on whether the staff liked the guests or not. We even had to listen to swearing. As a customer, I am completely dissatisfied with my stay.

Great location and value for the money ,staff was amazing, parking for 3 days for 15€

Air condition was only possible during aftnernoon and at night was turned off, since we where on 3rd floor with 30 degrees the room as really hot.

The owners were very kind and helpful, the location was amazing, very close to the sea. The apartment was overall clean and the balcony was very spacious.

We got an apartment at one of their other buildings, which was different from the room we had selected. Some of the furniture and the shower were a bit older than expected, and the walls had a damp smell, so that could be improved.

Friendly staff, good location, reasonably priced.

Could not connect to WiFi on tablet for 4 of the 5 nights. On enquiring with reception staff I was told there is an “overload” issue and many guests have many devices connected. Surely a hotel should cater to network requirements. No kettle in the room for heating water; was told because of “safety concerns” they don’t provide. Haven’t heard that ever before. Shower water pressure too low.

Amazing experience, very friendly staff, good breakfast, the room has been cleaned every single day. The location was great, very close by the sea and a few minutes walking to the city centre. Grazie mille a tutti!

    Nothing to complain about.
