Severe hygiene failure, unclean, misleading...

My stay at Hotel AnnaMare was the worst experience ever, defined by a profound lack of cleanliness and professional integrity. I booked a single room but was given a double. The owner claimed this was to “give me more space”, but the room was so small that I couldn't even open my luggage. She then contradicted herself by stating no single rooms were available. This felt like a deliberate bait-and-switch.The state of the room was appalling and a serious health concern.Bio-waste: the walls, corners and surfaces throughout the room and bathroom were covered in dried nasal mucus.Dirty bedspreads: there were no mattress protectors and on both beds. And they just prepared one bed for me to sleep, the other one was attached but had just a bedspread that was clearly stained and clearly not freshly laundered.Superficial “fix”: when reported the filth in person, the owner feigned surprise. A cleaner removed only one visible piece of waste, leaving the rest. The problem was never properly resolved.The owner attempted to commend me for complaining in person instead of in a review, subtly shifting blame onto guests for their reporting method rather than accepting responsibility for the hotel’s fundamental failures. I had to personally request and then apply clean linens myself. The Wi-Fi was bad too.The facade of the building is deceptive; the interior guest rooms are neglected and filthy. The management’s priorities are clearly on deception, not solution. This is not a matter of an old building, but of basic hygiene and respect for guests. I fear for the health of future guests. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

In off season absolut good price, location still within reach of the railway station and close to the beach.

Interior as a hotel in the (former) Soviet Union, no cups and glasses, no water cooker, drain clogged and bathroom flooded after shower. Due to the low price hotel guests you are not happy to have as your neighbours, noise (doors, lift TV, loud phone calls) during the entire night.

A very nice location near the beach and shops.

The lights randomly turned off for short periods.

It was the cheapest separate room for my dates. It was 72€ for a single room, just 8€ more than a hostel bed for that night, so kind of good value for money.There was a quite big balcony

Being quite expensive, it was a shitty one. Old rooms. My room had both double bed and a single one, but pillow was only on my single one. Still, the other unused bed took all the space in the room. The bathroom was cheap, with a combined toilet + shower like in cheapest hostels.Staff almost don't speak English.They close the door during the night, so I had to knock when I came back from the concert at 6 am.

The staff was very welcoming. The room was clean.

The toilet/bathroom is tiny

It is located 15min by foot from the historic centre, but there is a bus stop very close. There are many restaurants around but it is a peaceful place to stay.

More towels in the room,they only left me 1 towel,I did complain about getin another towel, eventually I did get another towel then.

the man at the receptionist at night was not gentle at all, not even a smile, my own boyfriend couldn’t visit me for more than 15 mins, he had to pay 20 euros to spend time with me in my room and bare in mind i wasnt feeling fine, if i knew this i would have never booked it, worst hotel i have ever stayed in

Went to Rimini for a music festival. I loved everything at the hotel, the nice treatment and smiles all the time go a long way. The room was in perfect state and the location couldn't be better. Will definitely stay there again next summer.

I got back late one night and everything was closed and nobody came to open the door for a while. I panicked for a moment!

Mixed experience with staff. Some were very friendly and helpful. Cheap and close to beach with some nearby activities, bars and restaurants. Room was comfy but basic.

Some staff were quite blunt. No facilities offered by hotel. Rooms (especially the bathroom) were small. Quite from the town centre (around 30 minutes walk).

Bathroom is too small, you can barely move when you take a shower.

Lovely staff, clean hotel. Great value for money.
