Everything was perfect — it even exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, close to the beach. We especially appreciated the beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Good position, kinda friendly staff

Slightly disappointing, this is not a 4-stars hotel, I've been staying in 4 stars before and I know very well what to expect. This one is so much worse. Extremely small bathroom, not so well equipped, weird noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom, not so many power plugs

Noisy bar at street levell at night. Management made them to lower the volume towards end of our stay

-Good breakfast-Nice view to the sea and the beachfront from the balcony and even from the bed-Great Location-Discounts for the nearby beach and also for restaurants-Super rooftop terrace

-Mixed motivation of the staff members, one of them did not even say hello (any time) -Expect tiny room, however it was just fine enough for a beach holiday-and what was for me the worst:Pigeons invaded the roof and the balconies, there was a nest in ours and the chicks just hatched during our stay. I've seen the Hotel did have some efforts to keep them away, but those obviously did not work. I should highlight that the cleaning lady always tidied up the balcony after the birds.

Great location and clean room. Great for a 1-2 night basic and affordable stay.

The room was quite old and needing an upgrade or repaint at the least. The bathroom ceiling had an exposed grill with cords behind it, was quite concerning. The shower was small and the amenities were non existent, two small packets of intimate soap but nothing to wash your hands? The walls were paper thin and you could hear people talking and doors closing during the night.

Really great hotel with an amazing and accommodating staff!It’s well located, just in front of the beach and the main street so you can go everywhere easily.The balcony and the terrace are also real plus as you can enjoy a drink/snack with the great view.They do a delicious breakfast that is cooked everyday, plus they have beach and aquatic park partnerships so you can fully enjoy your holidays!

Balcony with sea view, Breakfast nice but for my taste so much sweet options but not salty. Fresh Espresso variations serving in Breakfast included. Staff were friendly. AC was good enough. Not beachfront but you need just one street pass. They offer a aqua park free entrance which is around 5 km from Hotel

We did not get housekeeping even we put refresh my room icon.No Helal/Kosher offers. Paid parking is 3-4 walk away.

very very helpfully girls at the reception. a little small room, but clean. Nice balcony with view. Close to the beach. Discount to the nearby bar and restaurant. Sweet kind of breakfast ( crossaint and yogurt )very nice, but continental breakfast in my opinion a little bad quality- cold eggs, a little cold bacon and sausages and only 2 kinds of cheese. Coffe was okey but without the others kinds of milk like soya or no lactose.

Very good hotel, with good coffe and breakfast, great and friendly personel, very clean rooms and hall, localization -very close to the sea, recomended! Near hotel a lot os shops and restaurants

The room was very clean but a it small however it was still big enough for a couple. If I have to choose. the top thing of the hotel from our stay then it ia. ots. rich and. great looking (and tasting) breakfast. Also I would like to thank receptionist Sara for great help and her cheerful smile.

Only limiting thing was taking shower as the entrance to the shower was blocked by "obstacles". And one more thing mostly bad for the ppl. with small children or something like that... therw was a lot of noise from the main street.. especially during the night and mornings (22.00 - 01.00 & 06.00+)

Breakfast. Location.

The hotel is absolutely not a 4 start hotel, so the description is not accurate, the hotel is not beachfront, is one block away. We just arrived there from a real 4* hotel in Spain and we obviously could talk about the difference, so we were dissappointed. They don't know how to inform the guests: one day, The receptionists didn't know about info of a tour we found in the flyers of the hotel (Grotes de Frasassi which we recommend), which is weird because they should know, we were asking how to get there, she used google which I could be able to do it, we were asking about local info, anyways... Another day, Our bag was stolen in the beach and the first thing they asked when we arrived and told them was :O how you're going to pay? That's a rude thing specially to people who are going in distress in a difficult situation like losing documents and credits cards, they didn't even give us the info of going to the Carabineri Station, which is near. They were never helpful with info, we always had to use google and other local people (we had data plan, if not, there would have been another problem because for 2 days the internet didn't work) . Additional info: The beach that you has a "discount" with the hotel, we had to pay 50 Euros for two days. Spa is extra cost, no pool.

it can get quite noisy, so you have to close the windows and the blinds. the cleaning starts very early in the morning, so lot’s of noise.the sockets near the bed were damaged in my room.

The staff here is completely amazing and so helpful! We would recommend anyone stay here just for their kindness. High quality black out curtains in the room. Really great breakfast. Location was awesome, right across from the beach with easy access to grocery stores restaurants etc. An amazing vacation !!!

While the rooms were nice the beds were not the most comfortable- although it all depends on your preference! We were still able to sleep well because of how tired we were every day and the black out curtains.

The breakfast was every day fresh, delicious and satisfied all needs (for ex. lactose or glutene intolerance).The staff was very friendly, their smile was allways honest, which is very positive! The location of the hotel is great, close to see, ATM, shops and the bazaar. We recommend the restaurant next to the hotel (Ristorante Pizzeria Del Toro), which has really delicious see food!

The Hotel has no umbrellas on the beach, just connection with the rent company and the guests can have some discount (10%). It would have been great if the Hotel has own umbrellas or more clear explanation, that it is not included in the price.
