Hotel Galles Rimini

I liked the breakfast, the view from the room, Comfortable bed and the good connection to the center via the Metromare. The location of the toilet inside the bathroom was a bit odd, and I don't know how it will work for people with reduced mobility, or if it's the same in all rooms.

I have to wait 15 minutes the two employees from the reception desk to shout at each other. Awful. The parking is very very narrow.

The hotel Is very close to the beach and there is metromare station very close to the hotel.

We were there in October and there was no heating and it was extremely cold during the nights. Also the double bed was not a single double bed but two beds placed in one frame. There is no key or bell on the entry door of the hotel and one should be knocking on the glass door until the hotel stuff open.

Good location at the seaside. 40 min walking to the train station, there are several bus stops nearby. Or it's easy walking to the center on the promenade by the sea or to rent a scooter.Nice breakfast included, sufficient options

Very good shower and modern bathroom. Breakfast was good and included in room rate. Great location, close to beach and well connected with bus from train station stopping right outside the hotel door.

The mattress was not comfortable at all. It was solid as a rock and poor quality, able to feel the springs and I woke up with a very sore back. It was fine for one night but wouldn’t want to stay any longer. Also we booked the room with air conditioning but it didn’t work. The receptionist informed me it would work from 7pm but this was not true. The remote was on but the unit was not and so was unable to switch it on.

Lady who checked us in was great, breakfast was nice, ocean view, affordable.

Host was very helpful. He searched us out to let us know of a cancellation so we could decide if we wanted to stay a second night. Good view and location. Breakfast was incredible! First breakfast we had that was provided by the host in our three week travels of Italy. I would definitely stay here again!

I'm the spirit of honesty, we have to admit the bed was a couple levels above firm.

Even if it was in the second row of buildings, it was possible to have a nice view of the sea as it was stated during the booking of the room. Breakfast was good. Very good hotel compared to the low price offered.

Toilet was really not comfortable. Elevator very slow but OK. Not easy to find parking

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they were Romanian. :) Breakfast was good. The hotel was cheap. The view was awesome, however the balcony was pretty small (just for 1 person). It was ok for a night stay but not for longer.

The bed was not comfortable. The room was a bit small and the walls very thin. I could hear the other guests so clearly like I was in the room with them.

I think this hotel is only 2 stars not 3. I regreted it booking this room. The deco was from the 70sRoom vas very very small for 4 people. It was hard to walk from the bed to the bathroom. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortableEverywhere smelled like dog.Bed sheets and towels smelled very badPerson at reception who I think was the owner, was not welcoming at all, somewhat rude.They only provided a single use small sachet shower gel which wasn't even enough. Lucky I always bring my own. I could hear people from other rooms flashing the toilet and farting.

Hotel is close to the beach, just max 100 m across the street. Room was clean, cleaned daily, towels were changed once a week, air condition worked. Food - we had All inclusive - but it means breakfast, lunch and dinner and during meals you can drink water (still, sparkling) and wine. Other drinks you have to pay, but solid price. This concept is in Italy called “pensione completa con bevande” or in english All inclusive light. All staff were friendly and had never said NO on our requests. Hotel is cheap of price, moreover if you have paid All inclusive light. I cant agree with some reviews which are fully negative. Think what you pay and what you get! This is not new 4* hotel, but older cheap 3*. Cleaning is daily, food is good, tasty and enough quantity, staff polite and friendly. We have to be realistic! Cheap price - adequate quality. So pls dont be inadequate cricitally to this hotel.

Hotel is on rush street, there is noisy traffic all the night, if you dont use air condition and you open the balcony it is sometimes hard to sleep. If you use it and balcony is closed its much better. No other negative facts (in meaning of the text above), we had good and cheap holiday in Rimini!
