Helpful and friendly staff, amazimg breakfast, clean everything

This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and has spoken fluent English. The room was cozy and the room service came every day to clean it up. We had 2 min walk to the beach but the hotel has it's own pool with lifeguard. We had excellent time and I would recommend hotel Augustea to anyone.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionists who were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. I was genuinely impressed by their generosity and high level of professionalism — it really set the tone for the entire stay.The breakfast was exceptional — a big variety of delicious options, everything fresh and so tasty. It was the perfect start to each day.Our room was spotless, new, and very comfortable with excellent noise cancellation. We slept so well! The location is also unbeatable — just a short walk to the beach and only about 10 minutes to Metromare. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel even provides a recommendation list of great places to eat, which was super helpful.Overall, it was an amazing stay and we truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Fantastic staff all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing many varieties of pastries and hot cold choices. Rooms and hotel in general very nice new look feel. Lots to do in area many great restaurants. They even recommend some very good ones. Parking a breeze! Top choice for stays for sure.

The hotel is nicely renovated,is very clean the staff was kind a supportive in all areas,the breakfast is splendid, the variety and the creativity in design and serving of the food was like in a 6 star hotel!Location is good,with Metromare only a few stops to downtown Rimini!

The room wad not too sizy, but the balcony gave the extra space and the great view!

The only disappointment, small detail hehe, was the horrible *olive oil" at breakfast (it's clearly not olive oil or a very bad oil). Although they later offered me some sachets that were better quality. But c'mon we're in Italy, not the USA! There must be good oil :)

The staff at reception were just so helpful and friendly. They are a credit to the hotel.The breakfast was simply sensational. My partner was in the travel industry and she said she's never been presented with a breakfast buffet that good in the past. Amazing.

Not sure there is anything you can do about it, but the hot water in the shower takes about 4 to 5 mins to come through. That's a waste of a lot of precious clean water...

Room was pretty small, it was expected, but thought it would be a bit bigger.

Well presented, modern and clean hotel. Good location overlooking the beach and sea. Close to bus stop and the metro if you want to explore Riccoine or Rimini's main centre, which we did as it had a lovely vibe.We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea and hotel pool. Room was made up every morning, normally whilst we were at breakfast.This hotels breakfast is one of the best I've experienced. Such a great range of foods to suit all diets, and presented beautifully. They constantly top everything up throughout service.We stayed at the end of September and the area was much quieter than the main summer season but there was still a lot of restaurants and bars available to explore.

It was the second time we stayed at the hotel, but it was as if time stood still. The same quality of service, fantastic staff, breakfast, swimming pool all in the best condition. We will come a third time.

Lovely breakfast, the room was cleaned every day. Location is also nice, right in front of the sea.

The ladder was broken in the pool so they took it out and nobody bothered to replace it during the 7 days we spent at the hotel. It had probably been broken long before we arrived. I think you cannot afford to make a mistake like that, since not all guests are young and able to get out of the pool so easily... we also told the pool bar staff about it and they didn't even care. Very poor client management.

It was amazing!!! Where should I start? The staff was always polite, welcoming and willing to help. Every "personal touch" counts and this stay I had a filling, that everyone knows me and my family and everyone cares.The breakfast is just over all the ratings and score, it blows the competition off with 20 out of 10: so many different options, so tasty and fresh, so nice on the presentation. I've been to many hotels and I saw such level of dishes only one more time.The room is very clean and well functioning. Unfortunately the view was a bit blocked with the wardrobe, but the sunrise every morning from the "first row" compensated everything else. All in all the size of the room is mentioned during the booking as well as missing balcony. I consider it my own fault, but keep an eye on the details of the booking :)The pool is great and it this time I reconsider my love for swimming the sea. The sea was not that clean and one day after the thunderstorm the dirty water from the city got directly into the sea. So the pool was a life-saver :) There are certain rules to NOT use any children toys in the pool which makes sense to me, but very sad to my kid. Every evening the pool was cleaned by the automated robot with additional check by the person the next morning before the open.There are huge amount of restaurants around for every taste and wallet. You can also take food for a takeout and use promenade as your dining room.Talking about the promenade and the night life (you don't have one with the kid): it would be extremely noise next to the main street alone the sea beach BUT the windows are REALLY isolating all the noise. You will enjoy your quietness if you would like to spend nights sleeping.I don't have enough words to tell more about how all of us enjoyed this hotel and our vacation. I would definitely go there again and recommend to my friends. Hopefully the price will stay affordable as it was this time.

Good outdoor area with the pool, close to the beach, good selection of the food for the breakfast.

Cleaning staff woke us every morning quite early, first just knocking in the did at 8.30 and the just cleaning common bathroom on the floor very loud. If do not disturb sign is on, it lights up whole room in red, as is digital.We were given room on the first floor which was next to the any visitors bathroom. The room was not cozy at all with the noisy refrigerator and a lot of noise from the main road especially in the evenings.
