Location was nice

I didn’t like that the property didn’t have AC available or the pool, even though the listing said that they were available.

The location

Some Roma had streaming tv, others not. No mention of this before booking.

On the plus side, the staff were warm and helpful, housekeeping refreshed the room every day, and the breakfast was solid—simple but satisfying.

Overall our stay was fine, but the noise was by far the biggest issue. The walls are extremely thin—you can hear almost everything: people using the bathroom, water running in the shower (it sounded like it was in our own room), and even phones vibrating.Our friends were on the same floor across the hallway, and when we called him we could hear his phone ringing; If guests come in late at night, it can be very disruptive. Another mention is related to our AC: it leaked during our entire stay and it splashed right onto the place were we kept our belongings.

Good location, condition of rooms (on the top floor), delicious and rich breakfast;

The stuff on the reception was unpleasant and unfriendly. When we prolonged our staying via Booking, they wanted to change us additional cost to keep us at the same room. Since we didn't want to pay extra for an upgraded room and moved to a regular room. We became to treated accordingly.They even refused to bring us a blanket and wanted extra money for it. I never heard a "please" or “welcome” from them.. and we didn’t feel welcomed there.

They cleaned and changed the sheets every day.

The parking is 40€ A DAY!!!!! No weekly price and no suggestions of where else to park. Breakfast is the exact same thing EVERY SINGLE DAY. Umbrella and 2 chairs are 26€, better price from the beach.

The location is great and the price was right, since we got a pretty good deal. Also the breakfast is very good compared to what I expected. They have a good coffee machine. Also the room had a full body mirror that my wife really appreciated.

Overall the property is outdated. The fridge was totally turned off when we got there so I had to move the whole desk to turn it on myself. The keycard was quite worn, which isn’t a huge deal but the small things matter. But the biggest flaw of all is that the TV isn’t a Smart TV. So I can’t cast Netflix or any streaming service from my phone. All I can watch are the basic cable channels. Also the staff clearly isn’t excited to be working there. That isn’t their fault though, it’s the managements fault that the staff doesn’t want to be there. No one was rude to us, but the staff is not welcoming. Dear management: please be nicer to your staff.

Breakfast

Definately not a 4 star hotel. The parking was a joke for $40. The staff were not friendly at all. Pool had bugs after 4 pm. You would think they had someone to skim the pool

Everything is close by. Restaurant and the beach is also just across the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was AMAZING. Rooms very clean and modern with comfortable beds. Very nice and convenient that a parking spot was included with our room.

Dump!

the hotel is a dump. We were mistreated and physically threatened by a family that manages the hotel. we had to request the police. This is all because we complained about the absurd heat in the room, since they only turn on the air conditioning from May onwards. The room of the other couple of friends who were with us stank of cigarettes. We left the hotel and were forced to pay for the daily rates already paid to Booking.com and not used, in addition to the tourist taxes. We lost money and became afraid. Don't fall into this trap, don't book this hotel.

I love this hotel! I spent great days there. Chilling, confortable, clean, the breakfast is amazing, the staff is so kind, the location is perfect to walk next to the beach.The room was beautiful, and everything with a not too high cost.

It was very loud next to my room ,some another a lot of women very loud ,wifi didn't work this night, It there should be notice keep quiet after 10 pm ,and respect another guests .Bonus security parking but need to pay ,we paid 10 euro ,because ,they have difrent rate dependent days

The internet was not working in a room. It was noisy.

The room was small but very nice, we also had a small balcony with a sea view. The breakfast was super.

You can hear a lot from other rooms.

We get very good discount through booking com but they put us in, I believe B part of the hotel, in very small bedroom, with no sea view, even though hotel was not full. If I had paid full price I would be very dissapointed with that. Other things are great. Bed was comfortable. No noise from outside.
