It was not the cleanest and the furniture was very basic, banged up a bit so it wasn’t the nicest.

Very clean. Spacious. Great bed. Very nice staff.

The location, it’s super close to the beach. The room is spacious, dated but clean.

We were assigned to the room on the ground floor. The bathroom is large, but the place for showering is tiny, there’s bathtub just a shower curtain and it’s next to the toilet, perfect for someone with a wheelchair but not really something my friend and I are looking for.

Had a great location

The room was tragic, the floor on the bathroom was soaking wet as the bidet hose was leaking like crazy, the balcony door was close shut, window was facing a backyard. When asked to change the rooms we were told all rooms are booked and we’d have to pay extra 140€ for premium room. On our checkout two days later we were told they’re shutting for the season… so they could give us a better room but tried to make money off of it

Location

They gave us room on the ground floor, it smells like full of moister, no carpet on the floor, it felt really cold and dark and uncomfortable. Could not wait for the next day so I can leave. I asked to change the room because I couldn't take the smell in the room but they said no and it was not cheap.

It was amazing rest near the beach and sea. The hotel is located in a convenient place around entertainment, shops and restorans. Tha road to sea takes to 8 min. The accommodation was pretty nice, comfy, cosy, and clean. There was cleaning every day. Super!

There was an unexpected situation after sea. I left my phone in the room while swimming in the sea, and then I saw the notification about confirmation of my booking data. I was scared because I had not much time to decide it. Otherwise,I could have been evicted. Thanks God, I made it in time

Good Location

A bit old and very difficult to find parking.

Passable

The room smelled of mold, walls and doors were damaged, and I could hear all the noises around in the morning. No isolation. Staff could not change the room or give a possibility for a refund. Nothing but a 2 star hotel, far away from 4 stars. Poor hospitality.

The room was very nice, and lived up to my standards. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Rimini.

safe was broken, dirty carpet, there was a huge hole in my towel, small uncomfortable shower. in general could work for a couple of nights but it's not 4* as they marked at the booking.com, rather 1 or 0.

TERRIBLE!!!

TERRIBLE! Be careful while booking! They show pictures of different room that you ordered. We were traveling with a dog and that’s why we chose this offer because it had a large room with large bathroom and 2 windows… instead we have receive a tiny room with not possible to walk in bathroom and one window! Our dog was not able to walk! I asked receptionist and they said if I can pay 40€/night more then they can give me bigger room!Ridiculous!!I have asked to speak with manager and they said it is not possible! Additional to that I have put a complaint via mail and I HAVE BEEN IGNORED!!Be careful they also charge your credit card after leaving without informing you why!

The location and the good price

It wasn’t a 4 stars hotel, the furniture was old and used, the carpet was old and dirty, the pillows were very uncomfortable,there was not a bug net at the window so the mosquitoes got in the room easly, the TV didn’t have good signal, the rooms didn’t look like the ones showed in the photos, the parking was 25€ per day, no view

Fantastic location. Staff were amazing and super helpful. Very good price for location and decent breakfast.

Air con wasn't the best but changed rooms and it improved a bit.

Good location, can't really get a better deal for the price in the area, the staff was friendly and ready to answer any question we had, plus the breakfast had many options for all kinds of tastes.

The overall quality of the service offered wasn't what you'd expect from a 4 stars hotel, more like 3 or less. The rooms are equipped with vintage decorations and the floor is a carpet.

Roberta is a very kind and beautiful young lady at the reception, she helped us with everything!

clean, quiet, well modernized, in perfect location

The room was big and spacious for a budget room! The shower was large and the room also had a huge private terrace which was nice and unexpected!

The floors in the room were dusty, very noticeably.

Small, cozy apartment. The beach is nearby and staff people is very nice. It's a gogo if you wanna stay 1 or 2 days.

Old fashioned hotel for such a money. The receptionist very was slow and ...."lost in the nature"

The breakfast selection could have been wider.
