Hotel Enna Rimini

Heating was already on when we came so it was very warm welcome a lot of towels and nice hosting :)

No glass , no fan, no heating kettle for tea or coffee, breakfast is mostly sweet

We went there in winter for the new year 'eve. The room was freezing (outside temperature was 8 degrees, exactly as inside), and the heater (air conditioning put at heat function) was not working. After checking at the reception, we were proposed to move to another location since our hotel was apparently full and they couldn't change us the room. We were not luckier at all. Actually, none of the (three) hotels that we were offered (at the same price) had a proper functioning heater, as these hotels are normally open during summer time. Very bad experience.

We occupied three rooms with family, unfortunately the air-conditioning unit on two of the other rooms were not working properly. Absolute essential especially in the summer time. Apart from this, everything was good and we had a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back to this place.

Breakfast was nice . The location of the hotel is pretty good, fast to get there from the airport by taxi and public transport ,too. Super close to the beach. Really kind, helpful staff. The beds were comfortable, too. The room was clean as well.

I missed some fruit and vegetables from the breakfast.

Just that it is close to the sea

The staff's treatment was not good, the air conditioning was bad, the room was not cleaned regularly, and they did not change the towels for a four-day stay. We left on the third day because we could not stay.

Comfortable beds and a very good breakfast. Perfect location and great value for money. Room was not spacious but has a balcony. We loved our stay and recommended for sure. Staff was accommodating and friendly as well however speak little English.

Toiletries were not provided like soap for hand washing and hair dryer was not there. Only a few sachet shampoos were there. Towels were provided.

My reservation was canceled without notice and I had to go to another (and more expensive) hotel. At least they supported me in searching an alternative

Super assististive, and nice! we were with The small kid, they gave us a crib and have elevator. Only thing you have to pay for AC additionally. 2 min from the beach, where you can borrow toys etc.

Really nice stuff. Room and hotel okay. Next to the beach.

The breakfast didn't have too much to offer and in the room there was not enough plug. It was pretty hard to charge the electrical devices.

The staff was friendly, helpful. Location close to the sea. Very good dinner

Poor breakfast

Fantastic atmosphere, lovely people, amazing location, very close to the beach. For the breakfast we had everything we need, cheese, eggs and delicious croissants with cappuccino. Very clean
