Pros +
- Anna and Giancarlo are very nice and friendly, very close to the beach and stores, very big the apartment, with two baths and balcony, very quiet area.
- Passable
- Very nice and friendly staff, good localisation very near to the beach. Dog's friendly. Family atmosphere. We could feel safe. Also it was important that we had free parking space.
Cons -
- It should be renovated a little, it's not exactly the cleanest 100%, there are small leaks, but it's nothing
- unclean hotel, miserable kitchen, old and unsanitary bathrooms, destroyed sofa, photos of the terrace and jacuzzi do not correspond to reality at all
- On our lower floor the view from the window wasn't very impressive. But it was a minor problem.

Excellent service, clean hotel close to the beach and also cheap. The owners made it even better by being always there for everything you need and for all kind of information. They have a contract with the beach no 89 and sunbeds are much cheaper than the regular price. Also as a surprise they organized half day boat tour with a prosecco and snacks all for free, and the owner was the captain. Also there was a several bicycles in the yard, you can choose if you want to have a ride around the Rimini also for free, no any charge at all. Thank you for making my holiday better. Deffinitly coming back again.
The location is super. It is close to the beach, near to shopping but also it is quiet location. No noise in the night.
Kitchen equipment could have been better but it was sufficient. An electric kettle is missing.
The hotel is near the beach. Parking is just a block away. Hotel owner is friendly and ready to help. He also recommends tours.
