The breakfast was amazing. Good selection.

I felt that the top bunk in our room was dangerous. It needed a bumper, my daughter didn't want to sleep in the top bunk she didn't feel safe. That was the only thing, the room was nice and tidy, very clean.

Everything was very good, the receptionist was very kind and helped us a lot.

The air conditioning was not working properly; however, it was not a bit problem for us as we do not use it constantly.

Cleaner throw out our paper bag as mistook it for trash. There were my wife’s slippers in that paper bag. unbelievable.

The proximity to the beach was ideal for us. We didn't use the pool as the children loved the beach. The room was lovely and clean, could've done with a couple of plastic cups in there as we like a glass of wine, when the children are asleep.

We liked everything, the hotel should let people know there is a separate charge for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. It's a bit deceiving.

Sorry but i will never back small bad small mini bar not professional stuff if you have a problem will not help you this is family hotel and the Hotel owner Treat with us with all roughness and rudeness sure not comeback besides the bad breakfast

The ladies at the reception were very friendly.

The hotel is managed on a family basis and not on a specific system, so you will be treated on this basis. This means that you will meet friendly and kind people and you will meet bad people who have no experience in dealing with guests. This is what I went through specifically in my experience staying at this hotel. The ladies at the reception are very cooperative and respectful. As for the evening staff, which is a man in addition to the owner of the hotel, who is an obese person, he will treat you as if you are an employee of his and will shout at you rudely. I faced any problem. When I faced a problem with the air conditioning in the evening at approximately 11 pm, I found a man and explained the problem to him. He told me that there is no one and that you can stay outside. There is air. I told him that my mother is old and the weather is very hot for me to sleep without air conditioning. He told me that there is no one and that I can cancel your reservation and return the money to you. He was shaking and speaking nervously. I told him that I will speak to Booking customer service (customer service did not respond to me until after 5 days, claiming that it was due to work pressure). Anyway, it seems that the manager came and he was upset and went up with me to the room. The balcony door was not closed tightly. He opened it and closed it very forcefully and started yelling at me, he was probably cursing me in Italian and he left my room and closed the door very forcefully and this is the case if you want to visit the hotel and receive such treatment you should come ?Breakfast is bad .

The hotel room was very nice, not very big, but not small. The air conditioning is centralized, but you can set the temperature as you like. It was working very well and the temperature was optimal, so you are not frizzing after coming from the outside, but as well, not high so you are feeling hot inside. Bathroom was very nice, nothing to complain there.The hotel is on the beach, and they have their own "private" beach with umbrellas and sunbeds. For two sunbeds and an umbrella, the price is €25 per day, which is reasonable.

Everything about this hotel was fabulous. I would gladly stay here again. Staff were so nice and accommodating, there was a really relaxed and good vibe feeling about this hotel. Breakfast was excellent, my sister had scrambled eggs made which she really enjoyed.

the staf and the brakfast was soooo fantastik, there was a man in the restaurant , i dont remember the name he was so kind and friendly , i wish to go there again

This hotel has amazing facilities and excellent staff who will help with everything you may need. There are stunning views and golden sand here, which made me feel even happier :)

Maybe 2 things I can say I didn't like about this hotel. The 1st is cleanliness, the room I got was actually not quite clean. The 2nd thing is that when you book a room, it does not mean that you can sunbathe : / you have to pay extra for it

We spent 1 week there with our 2 dogs so the hotel is dog friendly! It was fantastic! The staff are so nice especially Marina, she is so helpful! The hotel is right at the beach! The food was good and enough! The room is nice and the whole hotel is clean! For me it was a 5 star holiday!T

The hotel breakfast. There was no tomato, cucumber, fruits etc, so we need to eat breakfast orker places.

An elegant and cosy hotel with a very welcoming staff. Great location just on the seashore, wonderful breakfast I used wifi for my work during the day and it was excellent- for video conference

The room itself wasn't that big, but the balcony was very big with a marvellous view on the sea. We were told the food wasn't good but we really appreciated the dishes, they weren't gourmet or exceptional but they definitely matched the price, definitely worth it. Each time we could choose between fish or meat. Generally the whole staff was very polite and kind, we really felt welcomed. I would like to express my praises and gratitude especially to the waiter, perhaps Cosimo is his name. He was really kind. Every time he would welcome us in the dining room and set our favourite table with a view right on the sea.Another great member of the staff was the barman. You could tell he wasn't kind because he had to. The prices were fair and he served clients with good spirit.Furthermore, we suggest trying the restaurant in front before leaving.

The wi-fi wasn't that great but in all fairness it's not really necessary on holiday, is it?

Clean room

The air-condition with the heat outside reaching 33-34c .The rooms temperature even at night is miserable…

Accommodating, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent cuisine. Quiet location right on the beach and yet a short walk to the city promenade.

Really just little things. Sometime at the end of the meal time, choice was limited. Breakfast lacked fruit and was generally a small selection. Dinner ended at 9 pm, for those of us who like the beach by sunset, it's a little early. But those are the little things, when it comes out we will come again.

Besides the ladies at reception, everything was amazing. Location, entertainment. I would suggest not eating at the hotel as there are sooo many superb and cheap restaurants in the whole street.

The bar staff and the older lady, who we think is the owner were all very lovely and friendly. The ladies at reception were very stuck up and unhelpful.
