Hotel Augustus

It is located only 2 minutes from the beach, excellent value for money, the rooms are clean and generous in size, you have in them all you need. The breakfast, which we read about, didn't disappoint, it is one of the best we've found in a hotel - very good variety of food and sweets, and the view is stunning from the 6th floor. The staff is, by far, one of the best encountered in a hotel - very helpful, special thanks to the girl from reception, we communicated extremely well, gave us tips, always with a smile. Augustus is a premium three star hotel, but the whole experience with them was a five stars one.

We found the beds a little hard but that could just be personal preference.

The hotel is nice and simple. The room has mini fridge, small TV. The bed was okay, there are blankets if you need it.There is pretty good conditioner, the temperature in a room was comfortable for us.Staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful.The location is great, near the beach.We got lucky and there was a space for our car at the parking. Breakfast was okay, nothing much, but you can find what to eat and taste of it is ok

The hotel is pretty old, in our opinion rooms needs renovation.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are quite good. Perfect location, 3 minutes to the sea. I liked that there were tables outside to sit and have a coffee.

There was a constant stench in the room. Perhaps the smell came from the WC, or from the garbage cans under the windows. There is no kettle, you have to buy drinks at the bar. Also, there was a kitchen and a restaurant on the floor above, so it was very noisy from the 6 in the morning.

Comfortable accommodation, near to the beach, markets and excellent restaurants. Delicious Coffee Break. Pleasant, polite and helpful staff.

Personell was super nice, breakfast was excellent, beach is close.

Walls on the 2nd floor are thin, it can get noisy. But we stayed at the 4th floor also and it was ok.

Everything was very clean, and the personnel was exceptionally kind. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we also liked having a balcony. Great value for money.

I wish they updated the baby cots and baby chairs (for breakfast). I understand that having baby chairs is an extra and I am grateful they were providing any, but for us it would have made a huge difference if the baby chairs were a bit more comfortable (the plastic Ikea chairs would already be an upgrade). Also, the baby cot needs to be changed. Ours had holes in it and the foam was coming out, while we paid 7 euros a night for being able to use it. It worked fine, but would have been nicer to have one without holes.

The stay overall was fine. The room was as shown in the pictures, however, the bathroom is quite dirty. But to be honest, as we only spent two nights at the hotel, it was completely okay. The breakfast options are more for those who like bread and sweets. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, which is nice! The hotel is also located next to the sea, but it does not have its own beach area, so if you want to stay at the beach, you need to find an area and then pay. We paid 12 euros in total to have a chair at the beach on which you can lay - the price seemed to be fine. Overall, this hotel is fine if you are for a short stay in Rimini.

Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and standard. Air condition works fine. Hotel is 50 meters aways from the sea. Good value for money.

WiFi is overloaded by number of guests, but works fine. Air condition is little bit loud.

Location in side street just off main strip. Two minutes to the beach.Breakfast room was on top floor with glorious views on to the water.Breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied especially if sweet is your thing. Cakes tarts biscuits etc the choice was hugh.

For the money paid the size of room was disappointing little more than a glorified box room. Having to stack one case on top of another in order to access the bathroom is not what I expect from a three star+ hotel. The bathroom similarly was small. The shower was powerful but small cabinet meant if you dropped the soap you dad to switch off shower step outside retrieve soap and start again. Again three star plus I dont think so,

Excellent place, staff, room, and breakfast. Although it's near the main street, the windows isolate the noise almost perfectly. I wouldn't change anything, except that the beds could be slightly softer. Thank you!

Hotel is very close to the beach, which was perfect for us with 2 kids. Rooms are clean, breakfast very good,staff was really wonderful. We even got parking just beside the hotel even though we knew that the parking is 2 km away.

The only thing is that not all rooms have balcony

The location is excellent, the staff were all friendly and helpful and there is a massive variety to choose from for breakfast. The air conditioning works very well and the hotel is a one minute walk from bus stop to the city centre, train station or to San Marino. I was very grateful to be allocated a room with window facing the ocean … very honoured especially being there for two weeks!

Nothing. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Rimini.
