Good staff .best place .near to the beach and all

Great location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Upon arrival, the room was not as described on our booking and had several problems (really small room, dirty towels, no soap, bathroom door could not be closed, the AC did not work). The hotel was full and they could not change the rooms, so we had to go to a different hotel. Fortunately, the staff was understanding and we agreed on refund, but what you get for this price, it is not worth it.

The location is quite good, nice staff, the elevator that is very useful even to 3rd floor in special when you have little kids and you are back after a day spend on the beach. Daily room service. Everything that you need in the room.

Very very small room. Old furniture, will be great for an improvement. Service room just making bed and changing towels, need to vacuum the floor as is all in sand from the beach even if you are cleaning yourself before enter in the room. Breakfast lack of choices will be great if will be some changes from day to day as it was all the same food during our 7 days holiday. In the morning you might need to wait even to 5 minutes to get clean plate/ fork or cup as it might be so busy that the lady in the kitchen does not manage to get it clean for you. Lack of fruit in special when there are more people coming for a breakfast. And not that much choices.

Hotel Villa Madana met our expectations in every way. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the hotel's atmosphere and breakfasts were simply delicious.

Hair drier was weak. Sometimes unpleasant smell from sewerage. A little bit outdated furniture.

Very nice and kind workers, good location (6-10 minutes from the sea), a lot of shops here also. The room is clean and looks good, for its price it is really good.

The owner was so rude. We have mentioned early during booking to separate the bed then it was not ready as per requested. We try to discuss about it but the owner was very rude and give the option for us to take as prepared or just leave the hotel find another hotel.

Nice, smiling staff we had arrived earlier, but they accommodated us early and with a smile on their faces we even drank delicious coffee while waiting the bar is beautiful and they serve excellent drinks breakfast was good and there was a choice of salty and sweet, for example, cakes and cookies the location is excellent, only 2 minutes on foot to the beach. We waited for the flight at the bar and drank excellent coffee. Thank you for a pleasant stay

Very small room, which could be a problem for a claustrophobic people.It would be nice to renovate the closet, add hangers and install a mini fridge.It would be nice to provide a drying rack for the bath suits and towels.Nets on the windows against mosquitos is a good idea especially during the humid summer.A fee for air conditioner use is included in the final price, regardless whether you use it or not.You can hear the neighbors, especially when they are noisy.

The location was perfect, it’s close by beach, restaurants, cafes. The staffs in the hotel are helpful, friendly. We can park our car easy (not a lots of parking space but they will try to help you). The airco is working so it makes the staying really comfortable during the heat wave.

Nothing really. It’s an old hotel/BnB and the breakfast is a bit basic but it’s accomodate good enough.

Very good place to stay, near to all what did you need,beach is just minute walk,and the breakfast was so fantastic,i want to stay more if we can because the staff was so kind and friendly just like home

Nothing all was very good...

The whole family and the staff are very ATTENTIVE to our needs (if you have a little child, a helpful hand is always appreciated). We are also grateful that we didn’t have to think where to park our car since they took care of it during our stay. We enjoyed the colazione and the pranzo al sacco in the beach.

Yes the the room is not that spacious but for the amount that you are paying and the location, it was still worth it.
