Nice and friendly staff, very good breakfast

We didn't feel comfortable in our rooms because they weren't properly cleaned (dirty floor, hair and cut nails)

The first room they gave me had a bad smell coming from the bathroom, so they changed it after I complained. You can hear almost everything from others rooms.

Such a wonderful stay. Staff were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble . The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was amazing a huge choice . Highly recommended

Once I changed rooms having paid extra the accommodation was comfortable.

I didnt particularly like the breakfast, which fell sort of what was advertised. There was no cafe open and no restaurant facility. The hotel information online is misleading. In UK, a restaurant open from June to September, mean's until the end of September. There was a marked change in breakfast when many more guests arrived.

Great hotel, just one street behind the busiest street, so it's near to every restaurant and shop, but far enough to be a little bit quieter. The staff at the breakfast room and the receptionists are kind. Breakfast is available until 11:30 AM, my kind of place :) And there were everything even at 11 AM! Nice balcony, comfortable bed, I would recommend it :)

The tap was broken in the bathroom, but they repaired it by next morning without asking, so problem was solved and all in all it's positive :) They only give one toilet paper per day, very strict. The entrance/hall is a little bit dark in the room. Some mood lighting would be great :)

The hotel is located close to the sea, friendly staff and a good breakfast. You can get a discount on sunbeds on the beach from the hotel.

Breakfast was a treat. Lots of options, both savory and sweet, the only thing missing was more healthy items. But overall a very satisfying meal. We miss it already.The location was great, near the beach and the bus stop to San Marino.

We didn't have a refrigerator or mini bar in the room, so we weren't able to buy food for meals.

The staff is very wonderful and helpful. There is a huge variety of fresh and tasty breakfast. Near the hotel there is a car rental. Thank you very much and greetings from Lithuania.

Close to everything you need in Rimini and in a side street meaning it is quiet.

It was not well cleaned, dust on the shelves and under the bed (a lot of free space there). It would be nice to have something fresh for breakfast, like tomatoes and cucumbers, because there is just bread or cakes or pizzas.

- Very, very noise rooms: I slept 2 consecutive nights very bad because of snoring from another guest and people "doing other things"...- Breakfast: only one hot drink is offered for free. I am not used to this rule since it is a buffet.- No drinks and eating allowed in the rooms... With 30 plus degrees in the summer a rather strange rule? Fines are applied. They have a bar but guests seldom make use of it.- Personnel: varies from strict to very nice. I was not offered by a member of the personnel to take a shower, although i specifically asked for it. Btw there is a shower available to freshen up. I was not offered some water to drink after I searched for more than 4 hours for my car with 35 plus degrees and all my belongings. I am really disappointed with hotel Originale with regard to this situation.

The first day my bracelet got stolen after I left it in the room either by cleaning lady or the hotel staff, be careful when leaving valuable staff around. Also when we came to check in, one of the hotel staff did not know english at all.

Terrible experience. Starting with our arrival - the staff did not explain anything, we asked ourselves where our room was and where breakfast would be. These things, should be told without asking. The room is very small, like the size of a box. We put our bags under the table because there was no room. If we had a suitcase, it would have to be put on the balcony. Also, repairs in the rooms would definitely be necessary. Our room was right next to the elevator so we could hear it perfectly. A "double bed" was two single beds pushed together. Only bread for breakfast - pizzas, burgers, buns and cakes. The only thing that could be called breakfast was tomatoes with cucumbers and a small bowl of omelette for all the customers. When checking out, the reception girl asked if we were satisfied with everything. To my answer - not at all - I didn't get a question back about what exactly we didn't like. It gave the impression that they were not interested in the thoughts of their customers. We travel a lot, so I can safely say that this hotel is definitely not even 3 stars.

The staff is amazing, the amount of care and hospitality we got was great. The parking is right next to the hotel so it's convenient, they also have bike rental next to the hotel. Loved the breakfast, freshly brewed coffee, tea, breads, cakes, pastry, meat, cheese, fruit. There's always someone at reception 24/7 if you need help, nice hotel to stay while in Rimini.

Clean and great value for the price. Breakfast is great.
