The staff were very helpful.The breakfast selection was plentiful and satisfying.Guests can borrow bicycles for free, so riding along the coast made for a great memory.

Hotel Petrarca is, above all, very clean and well-maintained. The staff is extremely kind, and we received a warm and friendly welcome. Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and truly made us feel comfortable.The hotel is perfectly located – just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the promenade. It also takes only about 5–7 minutes by metro to reach the city center.A very special thank you goes to Lorenso, who always replied to our messages right away – that really meant a lot to us. Every day at the hotel we kept asking: “Where is Lorenso?”

Everything written on Booking matched our experience perfectly. We have absolutely no complaints.

The breakfast bread was not as fresh as expected.Unfortunately, the young male receptionist working at the front desk during my stay displayed a bad attitude.. I hope management provides him with customer service training to improve his approach with guests in the future

Staff molto cordiale

The air conditioner was off when I was coming back in the evening, so the room was quite hot. However, it was quick to cool down after you ask the staff to turn it on.

It is very close to the beach and the city centre. The personnel is extremely nice.

Even though they changed towels and made the bed everyday, they did not clean the floors

Simple, clean, perfectly located near the beach on very calm street. Very friendly staff, familiar atmosphere.

The location was super good, close to the beach and lots of Restaurants near by and easy access to the tram. Also the Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was diverse. They lend us bikes at no extra cost.

The room wasn´t ready when we first arrived, they cleaned it right away but it wasnt nice to see it like that. Also not the fault of the Hotel but we didnt know in Rimini beaches are kind of private and you must pay separetly for its use.

The room was utilitarian, but totally satisfactory for a short stay. The location is good - very close to the beach, and an easy walk to the center. The breakfast is really good. 24h reception is really convenient.

Shower need maintenance and I don't like to pay 15€ to parked my car

Good location, friendly staff, quite good breakfast.

Parking is too far from the hotel - about 3 km. Wi-fi is very weak, not possible to play Youtube kids for the child. TV channels are only in Italian, no more languages are available. Room needs a renovation, access to the shower is very inconvenient, noise from the neighbors due to poor sound insulation, rusty dryer on the balcony.
