- 1. The housekeeping staff changed the bed linen and towels daily.2. At night, there was a very kind, friendly, good-natured, and helpful man on duty at the reception. His name was Emiliano. When we lost the key to our room, we were very worried. But when we got back to the hotel, Emiliano was at the reception — without any scolding or negative emotions, he calmly said it wasn’t a problem and gave us a new key to our room.3. Of course, the facilities were quite good: a shower, toilet, bidet, balcony, TV, safe, and fridge. But I think that’s something you would expect from any self-respecting four-star hotel.4. We arrived at the hotel much earlier than the official check-in time. We mentioned this at the reception and kindly asked if it was possible to check in earlier. And indeed, they gave us a room around 11 a.m., even though the official check-in time was 2:30 p.m.
- Our room had a great view of the sea, a nice bed and it was very clean. The breakfast was good, containing most of the famous Italian pastries.
Cons -
- Nothing we didn't like!
- 1. We paid quite a lot — around €800 — for our stay at this hotel. And when we finally arrived, we were told at the reception that we had to pay an additional €56 as some kind of tax or city fee. That was an unpleasant surprise for us. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere on the website where we booked the hotel, but we didn’t see or notice it. Perhaps it wasn’t mentioned at all, or it was hidden in a very obscure place, written in tiny letters — in any case, it came as a very unwelcome surprise.2. When we flew to Italy, we had to leave home at 2 a.m., spend 2.5 hours at the airport, then take the flight, and then make our way to the hotel — in short, we didn’t sleep all night. Yes, the website clearly stated that check-in starts at 2:30 p.m., and we fully understood that. So we left our luggage at the reception and went out for a walk and a coffee. After a while, around 10 or 10:30 a.m., we returned to the hotel because we were absolutely exhausted. There were some couches in the lobby, so we lay down just a little — our eyes were literally closing from fatigue. But after about 10 minutes, a woman started yelling at us in a language we didn’t understand — presumably Italian. From her tone and gestures, it was clear she wanted us to get off the couch. After she left, a man came over — messy and unpleasant — and started shouting at us just as aggressively, also in a language we couldn’t understand. We admit it might not have looked very proper for someone to lie down on a couch in a hotel lobby, but if this was unacceptable by the hotel’s standards, then at the very least someone could have politely asked us to get up — and preferably in a language understandable to tourists, like English.3. The housekeeping staff — specifically the women who cleaned the rooms — did not speak any English at all. It was impossible to talk to them, ask any questions, or clarify anything. That said, they did clean the rooms fairly well — more or less tidy, no real complaints there.
- The hotel is location on what appears to be the main drag of Rimini, with many stores that sell tourists gadgets.

Property was beautiful. Location perfect. Rooms so clean and well appointed. Front desk staff was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent.
Some of the staff were helpful.
The hotel is location on what appears to be the main drag of Rimini, with many stores that sell tourists gadgets.
Room is wide ,clean hotel location is beside metro stations
Breakfast is the same every dayNo food room service No gym or other entertainment
The location and helpful staff.
Hotel should renew the pictures they posted on the site.
Location was good, staff were friendly.
Though breakfast goes on quite late in the morning do not go after 9 as everything is starting to finish and only a few things get refilled.
Good breakfast, kind and helpful staff, good location
staff where very helpful. hotel was very clean. breakfast was really nice.
the room had lots of mosquitos in it and was the only downside, was still getting bitten with repellant on
Very clean and nice hotel. Delicious breakfast, polite staff. I would stay there again
The a/c started leaking in the middle of the night and soaked my suitcase. The staff in the morning said,”That happens.” So this obviously happens all the time. Sad also that the a/c does not keep the room very cool. The shower soaks the bathroom. The rooms are incredibly tiny. Breakfast is fine. Parking is not convenient. Would not recommend at all.

Lovely to have a pool at the end of a long hot day on motorcycles (they also had parking under cover).Right in the centre of restaurants etc, and 1 street back from the beach. Very pleasant thank you.
Perfect location: 2 minutes from the MetroMare stop and 2 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was varied with very good cakes/pastries and savoury options. Good-sized and quiet swimming pool. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
The pool. The great breakfast. Excellent A/C in the rooms.
25 Euro daily charge for the beach per couple. You do get an umbrella, a couple of sunbeds, and access to a shower and a toilet though.
Fantastic location - 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the Metromare which was three stops to Rimini old town. Highly recommend going there for fantastic food and culture, especially if you go over the other side of the bridge to eat. The hotel had an excellent breakfast and rooms were good plus added swimming pool.
The charge for the parking was huge at €35 a day but in a 15 min walk we found a carpark with attendant for €6.70 for 24 hours.
The employees of the facility were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned very early in the morning. It was really nice. The food was good. Everything was great.
Everything was excelent. The staff and the recepcion was very friendly and nice. The rooms are clean and cozy. All in all great experience.
breakfast was very good! we stayed 3+1 nights and each day 20-30% of breakfast was different. Location was also good. A bit far from city centre, however if you don't mind to walk, it isn't far at all (plus, there is Metromare station just 100 meters from hotel). The beach was very close too.
From outside it seems renewed, however the Hotel is a bit old: the hall, the lifts, and also in the rooms have old furniture. In the room I would add a boiler and generally the internet speed was too weak! in the pool I would add a parasol just to have a corner with shadow.
The location was great and the staff super helpful and attentive also a great breakfast.
We had a noisy AC in the room which a few times would wake us up making banging noises. It was also difficult to get a lounger round the pool after a long day exploring.
