Price and uniqueness. Fun for us.

Great location in the very center of Rimini (not ideal if you want to go to the sea), decently sized rooms.

It's not really a 4 start hotel, beds are just mediocre, there is no boiler or coffee machine in the room, the shower is not sealed so the water floods the whole bathroom. The breakfast is nothing special. In general it's an ok hotel if the rate is 50-70€/day, for the 200€ price they charge during Sigep trade fair it's definitely not worth it.

Big, comfortable room with a big shower. Everything clean and in working order. Great breakfast spread. I came to Rimini to see the Fellini museum and found myself staying at a place that was like a set from Giulietta degli spiriti.

Modern with good lighting and plug access for recharging. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Only one weird thing - like a lot of Italian bathrooms there is a step up. I almost fell once after I checked in - maybe Italians are used to this situation? No idea.

Ultra modern facilities hidden away in a perfect setting in the historic centre. Not too far from the station.

Noon checkout is a luxury, so is having a late breakfast. It was much appreciated.

Wish there had been water in our patio hot tub.

Room upgraded on arrival. Modern hotel with a cool unique design, in a good location in centre of Rimini. Comfortable and spacious room. Breakfast was very good.

My pillows on my first day were covered in dark marks and had stains. Also, I was disappointed to be told that no laundry service is available on Sunday's, as I had booked on the expectation I could avail of laundry service as this was indicated on the website and on Booking as an available service.

Best possible location. Beautiful place and great people. Breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing. Great beds and pillows, good water pressure in shower. Absolutely loved it

Hotel is in the city center and has its own garage. The staff upgraded our room. They were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

You walk into a work of art and design. Staff are friendly and highly capable and ready to help. Easy to walk anywhere in Rimini.

No restaurant or bar open in the evenings.But don’t matter as plenty of great restaurant options nearby.

Creative and elegant design of the room and the hotel. Location was very central and underground parking convenient and safe. Breakfast was plentiful. The reception staff was multi-lingual and very helpful. Excellent choice to stay in Rimini.

we had a great stay at the hotel, right at the city center, with good breakfast, attentive staff, very good and helpful reception 24/7, the had rental bikes, which wa great as we used them to eta round rimini and to the beach (10 min). they cleaned and changed towels every day, which was really nice. the hotel had a great 70s vibe, nice architecture. we had a great stay and would come back!

Very difficult to find the hotel by road, and no warning given in booking about the pedestrian zone: I suspect I may have picked up a fine for infringing it. (The festa yesterday made driving worse, which is not the hotel's fault!)*

The staff were amazing, and the room featured a balcony and a spacious bathroom.

The floor plan was awkward—barely any space to walk around the bottom of the bed. Despite being labeled a suite, the room felt more like a standard Superior room. There were no room service options at all, which is surprising for a 4-star property. Not sure what qualified it as a suite.

This hotel far surpassed our expectations. It was better than described and in the photo’s. The hotel staff were all amazing and so helpful! The breakfast was one of the best we have ever seen. It was a beautiful hotel and a wonderful team of staff who could not do enough for you. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Unfortunately, we didn’t get chance to use the restaurant, but the ratings were amazing! Key point, it is literally 6 muns walking from the train station.
