The staff was very attentive, helpful, and cheerful.Availability of gluten-free breakfast was convenient.Beach promenade was just steps away. Balcony was spacious and with a view.Having AC was a plus.

The room furnishings were on a skimpy side. No storage for the second suitcase.Walking from the railroad station is 20-25 minutes.

There is a reconstruction in the building. Impossible to sleep after 8:00 am in the morning because of noise. Difficult to clean your room after 14:00. No enough space to sit and relax in the lobby. At least, they should put one bottle of water in the room but they did not think this.

Had a fantastic stay at Homie! The room was just like in the photos—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bedsheets were fresh, the pillows were great, and the bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. What really made the experience even better was Antonio, the hotel manager—he was always there whenever needed anything. All in all, a stay that’s totally worth it. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is clean and new. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was also perfect; it was close to the center, and we walked to sightsees.

The digital facilities were not working properly. We tried to change the room temperature many times and also asked reception, but at the end of the night, the temperature was too hot. Another thing that we didn't like much was the breakfast. They don't have a kitchen so the breakfast is ready in the package which was a croissant, butter, jam, juice, a small ham sandwich with cheese and you could order tea or coffee. It could be good for those who just want to have a fast or takeaway breakfast.

The staff is incredibly friendly, beds are very comfy, everything is clean, the hotel is very smart as they say. Definitely recommend it

It’s not the hotel’s as per say fault, cause Italian breakfast anywhere is usually very small, but the breakfast could be increased. E.g.: one extra sandwich or so.

Great location, off-season quietness, great mattress and pillows, modern clean design, simple and exactly what I required, well organised and polite staff, totally changed my opinion for Italian affordable accommodation - it exists:)

Very nice and cosy place. Everything is brand new, very friendly personnel. Great furniture in the room, the best air conditioning that I've met - shy and effective. I really liked spending time there. The hotel is placed very close to the beach.

Breakfast is something that can be re-considered and improved. It's little bit disappointing to have the same 2 croassants with cheese and butter with jam every day. Such breakfast is not enough to be full, so everytime you will need to go somewhere else and by additional snacks / breakfast.

This is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The rooms are stylishly decorated, impeccably clean, and offer all the comforts one could wish for. Its prime location makes it easy to explore the city and its stunning beaches. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Homie is a newly renovated hotel under new management. The room is nice and convenient, with touch light switches which is a nice touch (pun intended) though for travelers reaching for the light switch in the middle of the night - it might be less intuitive - as you have to look at it to switch the right light.The bed is comfortable and the room was super clean.Location is very convenient to walk down to the beach, the boardwalk, and up and down the main street where almost all the restaurants are. The hotel has a steam iron you can get from the reception desk which was a life saver!The breakfast (a nice surprise as I wasn't sure it had any) is a box with juice, a mini bun with ham & cheese, a croissant and coffee from the coffee machine. All in all not bad though there's room for improvements.

This is a brand new hotel with a cool vibe in a great location. It is so close to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarket. One night we walked to the old town which was gorgeous. The staff were really friendly and let us leave our bags after check out so we could go to the beach before our train ride. The train station is about a 15-20 minute walk on flat ground.

The walls are very thin and our neighbours had a late night party one of the nights which was unlucky. I thought they were in our room when I was first awakened! It would have been great if breakfast was available but there were many cheap options along the main walk way, including a great supermarket about a 5 minute walk away.
