- We liked everything, the location, the position, that is, it's right next to the sea, next to the sand.
- The room was big, clean and very close to the beach. It had a kitchen which we could use. The staff was great, we arrived a day late and they extended our stay, which was very much appreciated.
- The apartment is located next to the beach with great view and terrace. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need. There are enough parking place for all.

- Honestly, the accommodation ad doesn't say that the beach next door is private and you have to pay €20 per day for sun loungers.
- There was no washing machine în the apartament, there was a paid option outside though.
- The clean was disappointing especially the bathroom and bedroom and the bed is not too comfy. There are few sockets in the bedroom and one of them not working. The beach next to the hotel is payable, but there is a free beach 15 minutes walking, information not too clear in the description or at check-in. The check-out time is too early at 10 a.m. The apartment is not soundproof and has weird rules for a hotel: additional sets of sheets or towels with extra cost, daily cleaning with extra cost and the obligation to throw away the garbage before leaving.

Location, clean rooms, equiped kitchenette, large terase, owners friendly and accomodating(did the check-in very late)

The location is perfect for a family fun holiday, close to safe beach and lots of restaurants. Apartment was well appointed and lacking nothing. Comfy bed and good shower, easy parking - what more can you ask...

The room overlooked the beach and had a great sea view. There was free parking right outside the hotel. The staff member was very helpful and waited for me to arrive. The room was very spacious and had good hot water pressure.
The bed was too hard for me but that's just a personal preference. The breakfast was a little disappointing but I think this was due to covid restrictions. The room overlooked a beach but also a play area, so I don't think this would be a quiet room in the summer when there are more people.
Clean , comfortable apartment with great location, great staff and wonderful breakfast in the room . Owner has great restaurant near by , and we have wonderful dinner.
Great location just outside Rimini. It's more family and couples orientated and less youngsters which gives an overall relaxed atmosphere to the area. Directly at a lido beach with protected shoreline so safe for kids.
