Room, although tight has everything one need to spend night: a bed, a table, electric outlet, AC(paid), and even a tiny balcony. Bathroom has everything in working condition. Very friendly staff and plentiful breakfasts conclude a decent picture. After my request a room provided with a kettle

The air-conditioning wasnt really working and it was very very loud.

The location of the hotel was good and the breakfast was worth it.

The room was not very clean, and especially the bed sheet looked dirty. The mattress of the bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a bad odor in the room. We stayed there for two nights, and we were surprised to know that the staff did not clean the room after the first night, although we left the room and told them that they could clean the room as we were going out. We came back to the same untidy room! Although I liked the location, the hotel could have done better in terms of cleanliness and comfort for the guests. I know that it is a budget-friendly hotel, but the bare minimum cleanliness should not be compromised for a 45 euros/night hotel. Totally dissatisfied!

Not bad hotel, nice location close to the restaurants, shops and seafront. To free zone on the beach approx 25 min by foot. If you don’t plan to spent time in the room all the time, so it’s good option abd budget. Very nice and helpful staff

No vegetables on breakfast, unfortunately. Air conditioning in our room havent worked for cold, just made a little lower temperature than on the street. No fridge in the room, but we didn’t need it for 4 days.

The breakfast was very diversified and tasty. Clean room, basic furniture, good wi-fi, hair dryer in the bathroom, very close to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby.

The shower is really tight and the toilet is unoptimal positioned.

For that price, it was all great. Five-minute walk to the beach. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was good.

I stayed at this hotel while in Rimini for a 16 km race and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming))Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options: scrambled eggs, fried eggs, cold cuts, cheese, yogurts, muesli, pastries, and more. But the real highlight for me were the croissants — honestly, better than many I’ve tried in patisseries! Light, buttery, and delicious. There was even a little station with different fillings like chocolate and jams, so you could customize your own croissant — such a nice touch. I was also pleasantly surprised that towels were changed daily — something you don’t often see these days. The whole stay felt easy, warm, and well taken care of. Thank you for a great experience!

Great breakfast included in the price. Plenty of options to choose from, cereals, breads, croissants, cold meats, eggs and fruit etc. Great value for money stay. Small rooms but nicer than expected for the price. Staff were very friendly and always present. Brilliant location for beach access but not the closest to the main train station (1.7km) or the airport (6km)

The location was amazing, the breakfast was perfection and the room was fine. It was clean and comfortable but the airco was kind of difficult to manage. The best thing about Jana are the people!! The sweetest receptionists always giving us a warm welcome.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my additional requests. I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast – a great variety of products and everything was delicious. Oh, and the coffee was excellent too!

The breakfast buffet was awesome! Eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, yoghurts... don't think I've ever seen a buffet quite so lavish. This was my meal of the day. Great location too, not far from centro, 2 blocks from the beach.

Very helpful reception staff. Efficient staff at breakfast, but without a smile... The location is fine, close to the sea, a pleasant restaurant on the corner. . The cleaning was ok. Breakfast ok.The room is small, but with a side view of the sea and the mountains, which we appreciated.

Karaoke was roaring on the opposite corner for 2 nights... Room equipment very, very basic, rather 2*. Beds uncomfortable, narrow. There were no glasses or cups for water in the room, no mat for the shower, replenished until the 3rd day. Very poor lighting in the room, no light above the bed, no fridge, small shower, noisy and almost clogged fan in the bathroom, on the contrary, none in the room. It was impossible to ventilate at night because of the noise. Few sockets for charging the phone - only by the 1st bed and in the bathroom

I had a nice time there at the hotel, it was clean , nice staff, good breakfast. Not far from the see side and from also far from the train station. I also like that the were lost of shops around.

I would have loved to use liquid soap for shower than ladder soap.

The hotel location is very good, close to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and not too far from Rimini city center (25 minutes on foot). The staff were great, friendly and helpful if needed. Breakfast was also good, not too many choices for food but enough to eat well. All in all, very good choice for your money :)
