Very clean and friendly employees

The isolation or the wanted pipe system was strange. When someone next door showered was like they were showering in my room, super loud water noise, very disturbing especially in the evening. Also there were some tourists also next door who had a dog barking early in the morning.

Welcoming staff. Good location with nice restaurant nearby.

There is a bar with good coffee and croissants. Very close to the beach

I have been going to this hotel for 4 years. At this point, it feels like home. Friendly staff. They have the croissants I have ever had. Always clean. Beautiful view. It’s perfect. I love it.

After booking the accommodation we received several e-mails saying our reservation was at risk of cancellation and we should to insert our payment details to protect the booking. However, we had already payed the full amount. Hence, we ignored those e-mails and were glad that we could still check-in - our reservation wasn't cancelled. It must have been some kind of fraud attempt.In addition to that, the room service started very early in the morning and as the walls were very thin we could hear everything (also other people talking in neighbouring rooms).

The hotel was clean and the location was perfect probably 2 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk from Rimini train station

We stayed in a room on a top floor with a huge balcony with sea view. Clean room. Pets are allowed with no extra charge (but they cannot be left unattended in the room). The sea is just 5 min away.

No kettle in the room. Small and a bit outdated room and bathroom. No buffet breakfast but there is a bar in the lobby.

I want to thank the hotel for its hospitality, for the warm attention to its visitors, for the cleanliness in the room and throughout the hotel, for the delicious coffee, for the perfect Operol spritzer. The kindest and most positive smiling administrators at the reception ☺️! The hotel is located 3 minutes from the sea, next to a good restaurant, and all the necessary shops! The hotel also has a relaxation area on the veranda where you can drink coffee

The location is just what you need, the staff is friendly and helpful, they also gave us discount cards for local restaurants. Their coffee in the morning is also good.

The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is within walking distance. It was clean, the rooms were cleaned every day, and the towels and bed linen were changed regularly. The hotel staff was outstanding — they helped us with everything and were very kind.

The staff was amazing! Room was very clean and the cleaning staff came every day which was so nice! It is very close to the beach, which was very important to us. All in all, we had a great time and would come here again when visiting Rimini :)

The room was a good size for the 3 of us, the shower was a little small but manageable., it was clean and well maintained, the location was great just a 2 minuets walk to the beach, surrounded by great places to eat. the staff were always on hand and friendly. There is a large dining area, but they do not do food anymore but you can use it to eat if you bring food in. There was how ever a bar area in recaption were you could get fresh made coffee and drinks and also some sweet breakfast food in the mornings overall the best stay I have had in recent years.

There wasn't really anything I could say i didn't like, the only things i could say was the shower was a little small but again it was manageable to use.

The staff is very kind and helpful. Luciano has helped us with a very heavy lugagge, always with a smile. The girl helped us in finding several services, as laundry, etc. They were always kind. The hotel and the room were very clean. Excellent air conditioner (which was most welcome). They gently called a taxi for us. The ratio quality/price is excellent. Very well Located, 100 m away from the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful location, water facing. The staff was great and accommodating. Beautiful and spacious room, very clean and ocean front. Walking distance from everything, including the ocean, a beautiful Catholic Church and a supermarket. Recommend!
