great central location near the beach

Due to the construction next door, and renovations goin on in the hotel, the noise was very bothersome. Between that and the dissappointing room/bathroom, we left after one night, losing the other 6 nights paid. Staff was very nice,

Furniture needs update

We got a nice beach-view apartment with balcony, clean rooms and bathroom. The Wi-Fi was free and reasonably fast. The location couldn't be any better. The hotel is right on the beach in a very nice neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants and also a grocery store right across the street. The receptionists were all very kind and helpful. Covered parking is available.

We liked everything, but it would have been nice to not pay extra for parking or/and for sunbeds on the beach.

Private parking underground is a big advantage, even if it costs 15 EUR/day and it is quite narrow space. Elevator goes directly to upper floors, which is a big help for luggage.Located on the beach, with beautiful view from the balcony.Street in front has restaurants and supermarket is just across the street.

Apartment door was not perfectly isolated so there was some noise heard from the street.

Extremely nice and helpful staff, amazing location, great price-value.

Don't expect a fancy, 4* hotel, but it's more than perfect for this price.

The apartments are well equipped, clean and the view is just amazing. Everyone at the reception was super nice. The location is also very good, so much to see in walking distance! I highly recommend this place for bigger families, we got 2 apartments on the same floor.

Good location and seawiew. The appartment size is comfortable. Nice bathroom.

Noicy central heater. Little small shower.The kitchen's water heater not compatible with any plug, not possible to use. There was no sponge and any liquid for dishwasing.

Room size was excellent. For 2 persons with 1 infant and 1 big dog, the one bedroom sea facing apartment was excellent. Lots of space. Location is also good.On Main Street in front of the sea. Staff is very friendly and helpful

I didn't like that the TVs were not smart TVs and that the shower had no riser and consequently the bathroom floor got wet when you took a shower

The location on the beach is lovely, central to many shops and restaurants.

The walls are paper thin, and you can clearly hear conversations, television, furniture scraping on the floor, etc. from other nearby suites. Bring earplugs!There is no artwork or colour to break up the beige walls so it is a bit depressing.As well, despite the update to the bathroom, the shower leaks everywhere and creates a puddle of water because of its poor design.Beware - no coffee pot or coffee maker! Lots of places to find a coffee on the strip though.

The way of old keys ?

The location of the hotel is very good. we can see the ocean from the balcon. We can go to the city easily by bus, because there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

I think I like all the aspect of this hotel.

Good selection of bars & restaurants on the doorstep. The building is directly on the promenade and makes a great base for exploring the seafront and Rimini old town on foot.

Very good location, right next to the beach. Easily accessible with garage.

If you come for a vacation near the beach you will enjoy the location because you are right in front of the beach. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a big supermarket so you can either dine out or cook. The kitchen / living room has a large fridge.

It is a but run down. The rooms are noisy because you have bars below the hotel. Internet was not always stable.The place would need some freshening up because it is feels old. The bathroom is old. The towels were very clean but you can see that they have been in circulation for many years.

Setting was perfect. Looking out on the beach. Supermarket & many restaurants very nearby. Train station within 20 min walk away toward centre of Rimini.

The air con was not working the week we were there so sleeping was uncomfortable & it was Sept. Free toiletries were limited.
