Got stuck during the July 7-8 train strike and booked this very last minute for only €40 a night for two people! with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and very comfortable and clean especially for the price it felt closer to a 4 star hotel!

Very good price for money. No frills, but all the essentials were there, plus very kind, helpful and attentive service.

Modern hotel with conveniences, but...

The hotel is clearly new and modern, which is a plus. A very practical convenience was the small fridge in the room, it makes a real difference for longer stays.The good:The room has a nice, usable balcony,The daily cleaning service was generally good and reliable.The not-so-good (practical issues):Bathroom layout: the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is positioned directly facing the shower cabin, leaving very little legroom, which is awkward and uncomfortable.Cleaning oversights: while generally clean, there were occasional lapses in sanitising the toilet seat properly.Maintenance problems: the bidet plumbing was problematic. The drain was blocked, requiring a maintenance call. The technician simply unclogged it, but the bidet itself was faulty, which was inconvenient.One incident left me particularly uneasy. While waiting in the reception area for my room to be cleaned, a member of the housekeeping staff appeared to take a photo of the key board. However, the angle and situation strongly suggested I was included in the picture without my convent. Given that rooms have clear “Do Not Disturb” signs for privacy, this felt like unnecessary and suspicious intrusion.Booking directly offered only a minimal discount (6€ off). For a new hotel, the fundamental flaws in bathroom design, fixture reliability, and the serious lapse in guest privacy were disappointing.While the modern amenities and the fridge are nice, I cannot fully recommend staying here until these issues are addressed.

The price was amazing — bed and comforter were great. I was able to get a good night sleep.

Not a fan of the pillows, but that might not be fair as people have their own preference regarding pillows; however, the bed and comforter were extremely comfortable.

I had a perfect stay like always! Clean rooms, amazing staff, lovely reception!. Thanks to MARIA and DINA,the staff at the reception who are very kind and sweet! And always making sure you have an amazing stay. The best receptionists! And the BEST HOTEL in Rimini. Highly recommended.

Hotel doesn’t provide breakfast

I highly recommend this hotel, great staff, daily cleaning of the room, fresh breakfast served in the morning, and very good cappuccino. Thank you to everyone for making my stay in this hotel wonderful, but especially to Dina, Maria and Cristian

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rubens! The place is spotless and has everything you need. The location is super convenient, with a bus stop and a grocery store just around the corner. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

The polite staff, cleanliness of the room and that they let me check-in 1pm instead of 3pm.

It was quite cold in the room and there was no blanket, just some light covering on the bed. Air conditioner set with max temperature didn't help at all, so I stopped trying to use it.But noise in the late evening was the worst. It was unbearable at times. Luckily, the last of my 5 nights was absolutely quiet, as no people were in the room next to mine.My room was on the ground floor close to the reception, so I don't know about the situation on the other floors. And to be fair, I was notified about the possible noise right after I made the reservation, but it doesn't change the fact that it was too noisy there.

Perfect stay as usual, amazing staff especially Dina!, and clean rooms.I had a little incident at one of the stops of Rimini Metromare. I fell and broke my lip and the Hotel Staff especially Dina was very helpful in providing me with care , a first aid relief kit and checking up on me which I really appreciated. Thank you very much!The BEST hotel in Rimini!

Great staff, near everything, beach, shops, restaurants. Small room but clean and cozy.

Cute bright fresh room, very clean and very well organised functional space, despite the small size.Great balcony with amazing view towards some hills, green daytime, city lights at night. Very nice welcoming staff. Air conditioning. Proximity to cafés, restaurants, beach, shops and small amusement park nearby.

A bit tight space, but manageable due to smart planning.

Property was amazing, renovated with very professional staff. We came a bit early due to our flight and we got a room at 11am, which we really appreciate it. The rooms are cleaned everyday and it’s close to everything. We would like to mention few staff that make a great impression on us Emre,Dina and Brazilian guy at reception. Thank you for everything ☺️
