Value for money hotel 2' from the beach with secure parking. Will visit again

Great location, right by the beach. Nice breakfast and lovely staff. Small but comfortable room and bed.

Extremely loud noise and music all night long from the beach parties right by the hotel. At breakfast I sat at a table near the end of the terrace to enjoy the view, and was asked to move to a further one near the door because I was by myself. Even though there were no more people at breakfast at that time.I'd appreciate more hooks in the bathroom and a tall mirror in the room.

The property was right next to the beach which was awesome and the restaurant on the beach served good food.

The hotel was unfortunately over priced for what they offer. The rooms are super tiny for the price and were not clean. We had to ask for the bedsheets to be changed. The location is great but further away from the busy area of Rimini.

The hotel staff told us to pay for a stuck blind which was fully functional and not broken. “The repair” was carried out without our knowledge, we were out of the room. They didn’t show us any act of completed works (a bill, a cheque). Someone literally told us “just trust me”.But if we exclude that situation, staying there was nice.

I love the breakfast, it was really nice and i enjoyed it.

The room was very small and the wifi was not good. One of the staff was not very nice to me at the time of my checking in

Great value! We were super happy with the location of the hotel, it is right in front of the sea.The reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff of the hotel are exceptional. Friendly all the way! Front office was helpful, were very nice with the kids too. Even tho we prefer self service buffet, we enjoyed this sort of breakfast system as well. Food was always fresh and tasty, f&b servers were fast and kept everything refilled, it is very rare to have such a well-oiled team. Houskeeping did their best as well and when it was raining heavily they provided extra towels. Also, my mom ripped her bracelet accidentally, they put the found pieces on her nightstand with a small bag to keep the pieces together - very attentive thanks. :)

Our rooms were right next to the elevators and staircase, which got very loud when an a**hole careless group arrived and kept many of the hotelguests awake by slamming doors, shouting and running up and down on the staircase like lunatics for two nights in a row. - not the hotel's fault but was part of the experience of our stay.The shower in one of the rooms was leaking and not fixed while we stayed which was a bit annoying but absolutely fine comparing to all the good things.

Bad

For breakfast, there was almost never a choice of vegetables and what was available was too small. The breakfast buffet where you are not allowed to serve yourself, you have to wait for someone to come and serve you. So yes, if there is a crowd, you will have to wait. Parking in front of the hotel is free in certain places, but they don't tell you that until they charge you the first day for all the days of reception, because they never say that the price does not include parking.And finally, we had forgotten some clothes, in order for them to be delivered to us I had to change the review at their request because from the start I put 2. That's why they now have 1.

Its really near to the beach and the breakfast is nice from their balcony with the sea view

Wifi was available in public areas that were closed most of the time and connectivity was variable. Water temperature in the shower fluctuated hugely.

The location is right in front of the beach and the room with balcony facing the front view of the sea was a good choice.

The room were pretty normal standard compared to what photos on the website. Not very modern room and the doors of the room and bathroom need to change.

Only breakfast. others were very weak

The hotel was cold, blowing through the blinds. I left the hotel with a damaged car from the neighboring building where the reconstruction was taking place. The attitude of the employees to the problem was very indifferent.

Air condition works well, because of time Rimini is really cold and we can heat the room easily.Location was nice

Bed was not comfortable.Breakfast is weak.We don't have double bed. This was problem

Close to beach and river to cross by ferry for 1.20 euros to other beaches. Great substantial breakfast to start each day.

Basin in the shower recess. Shower drain didn’t drain very well. Needs grate to be removed and cleaned out.

Very nice, fairly modern and very clean. Great breakfast with very friendly staff. Steps from the beach, the balcony was very nice!

The beds weren’t all too comfortable and when they cleaned my room it looked like all they did was make the bed, no clean towels (which is disclosed on a sign that they only replace every 3 days) I stayed 5 days but mine never got replaced.

The rooms are clean and hotel staff polite.

Honestly it was just a place to sleep although the beds were really uncomfortable with the springs sticking out of the matress. It is a good cheap option if people want a quiet location with a good beach but we found the beach benches a bit expensive compared to the main Rimini beach. It was okay for two nights but if I had booked it for a longer time I would have probably changed hotels.

very well-run hotel with excellent breakfast included, served with great thought for the health of the guests. Clean and comfortable, located by the water with plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

The price.

It was the tiniest 4 person room I have ever seen.They also have the first breakfast I've seen that didn't have any vegetables. None. Niet. Nada. Nu. The bunk beds didn't have sude protection so the person won't fall down, so we had to disassemble it and make two normal beds from it.

Nice room on the top with beach view. Nice reception service. Poor parking options with pay per only internal spots. Nice Breakfast terrace, but unfair service for, sorry.
