Hotel Elisir

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It is close to the beach. The price was adequate.

The rooms and the bathroom are very small and for a family of four not adequate at all. The hotel charged me double: when I booked the roof, they charged my card and when I checked in, also. I told the lady at the reception that , but nothing happened:((

Beakfast was pretty good, no complaints about that.Beach was also very nice, problem is that there was no bar or refreshhing center around. Looks like they don't exploit and combine the sun, the beach and couple of beers. Shame.

The Hotel is rated at 4 stars, but I'd ruther put it somewhere between 2 and 3. Swimming pool belong to a partner hotel and is very very small. And worst thing is open to anyone and that makes it very crowded. Parking was also a problem as needed 20 minutes and many maneouvers to put the care there. pThey checked 'Parking', but that's only for a few and could not cover everyone's need. Noise: there were people screaming and knocking the doors for two nights in a raw, and it was strange that no one from the hotel stepped in. That's odd and not sure to what point I could rate this.

The staff were kind and helpful to my family members, very friendly overall. Some of the rooms I booked for my guests—five in total—offered a beautiful sea view with balcony.Swimming Pools is clean and modern

The double room small size. The elevator, while necessary because of the building’s layout, was often slow and busy, causing frequent waits.Breakfast was decent, and the staff were attentive and helpful.Hotel parking cost 20 euros per night and was quite expensive, but outside the summer season, nearby parking options are available.

Proximity for bus, to beach, shops and restaurants near by. Vey quiet place.

Room is small,breakfast is mainly of cake, and crossiants.The pool is in Gladstone Hotel which is close by, make sure to have own towels. Also you have to pay tourist charge separately which is not included in the price 4 Euros/person/day.

The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and easily approachable. They were always ready to assist with anything you needed. The location is also ideal for a relaxing sun holiday, with the beach just a short walk away.

The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable; the springs were easily felt, making it difficult to lie down. Additionally, the rooms were very noisy, which can be particularly bothersome in the morning due to loud guests and the shifting of beds during early room cleaning. The shower was also problematic, as it couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature and fluctuated between hot and cold.

The hotel is old, not 4 stars at all. We paid for a triple room and were assigned to a double room, with old, unwashed bedspreads and curtains.The hotel does not have a swimming pool, it is in another hotel Gaston. Breakfast is distributed in small pieces and you have to ask for more. After a complaint, we were moved to the Gaston hotel in a triple room. When booking, please screenshots and monitor the fulfillment of obligations! If you complain, you will get what you paid for. I liked the pool. The sea was very dirty and we went a kilometer further from Rimini.

The hotel is old, dirty curtains, bedspreads, the staff is lazy and indifferent. At the Gaston Hotel everything was different, polite and friendly. The sea is dirty. The saving grace is the pool at the Gaston Hotel.Breakfast is small pieces and you have to ask for more. I liked the Gaston Hotel more. Elizir never!

Nice and friendly staff. Good location, very close to the beach and few kilometers from city center. Clean and comfortable with nice breakfast.

Nothing, however the staff were friendly and helpful.

Double room was very small awful furnishings made the room feel even smaller. The bathroom was tiny and pokey. To use the toilet/bidet properly contortionist moves were required or both feet were in the shower. The sink was fit only for a dolls house. Rather noisy as you could clearly hear peoples conversations from inside your room and when the bathroom was used. Definitely not 4 star standards, I think 2 stars would be sufficient.

Neverthelss food was good. Although there is variaty of food. As a 4 star hotel, I would like to see change (1-2) of food during the week. If you stay 1 week or more and eat same food, that become boring.

Only shower cabine is to small. But that didn't change our pleasure during our stay.

The only two things we liked were the location and the friendly staff.

Ooi, a lot of things we didn't like.1. The room was very small for a 4 star hotel 2. The breakfast was every day one and the same and no variety of food. You had to wait to serve you and this took a lot of time 3. The room and the bathroom for a 4 star hotel had to be cleaned every day but no. The lady cleaned and gave us new towels only the first day. The other days she made just our beds without changing the sheets for five days while we were there. The same was with the bathroom and toilet. I had to go twice to ask for toilet paper because she didn't give us. Horrible.4. You had to pay for the parking place and for the beach which was awful.5. There was a swimming pool in another hotel but so very small for the guests of the two hotels

The staff is very friendly and attentive! I forgot my iPhone in the lounge and they found it! I‘m so thankful for that ???

It was great that we could use the swimming pool in the sister hotel just 1 minute from our hotel, even though the beach was literally across the road.. The local street entertainment was also free with seating provided..San Marino is well worth visiting, just 30 min away from our hotel..The Lime scooter rental really worth trying too..

The accommodation was very pleasant and quiet and within short walking distance from the beach!It's located in an amaxing neighborhood and the road to thr city center, although a 40mins walk, is fascinating with long sidewalks shaded with massive trees.The staff were incredibly welcoming and rapidly responsive. They spoke very good English and offered suggestions on attractions and where to dine etc.The room was cleaned every single day and spotless.

A non refundable booking is not a booking not changeable， because of the business change， the stay has to be 1-2 nights less than planned before arrival at the hotel，this hotel force us to pay the whole stay， really not hommization.
