B&B Primrose Residence Hotel

The accommodation in this hotel is the best I have ever had. Located in short distance from the train but also from the beach, this hotel offers everything you need: a comfortable bed in a reasonable large room, a nice modern bathroom, an efficient, silent air conditioner that can be adjusted to your preference, a TV set and a small refrigerator. Also included in the price of the room is a delicious, largely diversified breakfast that includes everything that one can wish to have in the morning. They also rent bicycles for free, which I find to be a bonus. A great surprise is the kettle in the room which allows the guests to have tee or instant coffee any time they want, which seems to be a luxury in Europe. I should notice that this hotel has a variety of coffee and tea included in every breakfast and they serve the same during the day, which I presume must be paid for.Another bonus that I appreciate very much is the balcony with a small table and two chairs. The chairs can be used inside to sit at the small desk that can be used as a table.For those who would like to socialize outside there is a terrace with large comfortable armchairs, which I find to be a bonus as well.The room is clean, with white sheets and towels and is cleaned every day. In fact the whole hotel is very clean: the dinning area, the sitting area in front of the reception, the terrace, the stairs and corridors, which gives a very pleasant feeling. The access to Internet via Wi-Fi was perfect during the week we were there.The owners, Alex and Alberto, are very kind, polite and understanding, always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to please the customers. Mirela, who is in charge with the breakfast, prepares not only a variety of delicious food items but she also makes a great variety of cakes and appetizers, and makes sure that everything that someone may wish to eat in the morning is available. Congratulations to all the persons who work to make this hotel a wonderful place!

Spacious, clean apartment. Comfortable beds, amazing shower. Air conditioning in the room. Good breakfasts with a wide selection.

Difficult for a stroller – there are several steps leading into the hotel. Poorly equipped kitchen. Average coffee at breakfast. Due to construction, the nearest beach is farther away than we expected.

I thought the breakfast had a great variety to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. Walking out of the hotel you had plenty to do and beach was walking distance.

Pillows for the beds but honestly I think Europe is known for tall pillows and hard ones.

Perfect hotel. New and modern. Very clean with room service (free) every day. AC worked perfect and when you closed all the windows it was really quiet. Tasty breakfast you could eat even until 11.00.A lot of good restaurants around.

We were really satisfy with accommodation. Every day clean up the room. The staff was helpful and really kind. If we come back to Rimini we going to choose these place i am sure.

It's a very recommended place, rooms are cleaned, we have enjoyed one week holiday here. Owners are very kind, and Antonello, who is working in night shift is also very friendly, we had interesting conversation about italian history, society, football, and lot of another topics.

Size of little trash in the room

Our stay at B&B Primrose Residence Hotel was absolutely excellent! The room was spacious, clean, well isolated, the couch transforms into an actual bed extremely comfortable (with mattress), the breakfast is one of the best we've had at a hotel and thanks to Mirela we've eaten healthy and tasty and also we benefited from smiles and a warm welcome thanks to her, to Alberto and Alexandro and the whole staff. Not to mention the delicious coffee, the proximity to the beach and all the amenities, to Fiabilandia which is a walk away, to Italia in Miniatura, and others.

The rooms are well equipped, the bathroom is clean and spacious, it seems that the hotel is relatively new. The sea is also close.The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast had plenty of choice.Overall we were very satisfied, we would gladly come back and recommend it to others.

Absolutely great breakfast with different variation of food, nice clean room and super friendly people working there. I asked for extra services and everything was arranged.

Parkings is not free and few meters away from hotel. But we was informed about that so there was not any surprise.

Completely brand new clean hotel in a town full of often dated hotels. Booked the studio with a terrace and had a great sea view and also a great view of San Marino. Very helpful, friendly and attentive staff. The night receptionist Anto was a great help to us and the two young lads were a great help booking us a 3.30am taxi. Easy enough to get to the centre by train or bus, also was convenient for the airport. Walking distance to everything you need for a relaxing holiday.. shops, bars, restaurants etc. Breakfast until 11am which is great for those that enjoy a beer on holiday.

Very kind and helpful staff, nice renovated building, spacious room with sofa, balcony, desk, chairs, kettle, teas and mugs, comfortable bed, pleasant room design. Situated in a quiet area, a few steps away from restaurants, bars and the beach.

Good location! The staff was very helpful and nice. We had good conversations with the receptionist who was there for night shift. Breakfast had nice selection and we could eat every morning something else. Would stay here again!
