Good location.Clean room with a good view.Kettle and refrigerator in the room.

Breakfast is almost the same every day. It will be good for 2-3 days, but not more.

We loved everything about this place! Booked this place at literally the last minute due to a train problem. Booked this hotel on Booking.com from the train station in Rimini and took a cab directly there. We were met with a very courteous hotel receptionist who told us our room was ready. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants nearby as the hotel restaurant was closed that evening. We were very impressed with our room which was modern, clean, wonderful bedding,and had a wonderful view from the balcony of the sea! The breakfast in the morning was wonderful! It was on the sixth floor and had a great view of the sea!

There was nothing we did not like!

The breakfast was excellent. Buffet style. The head waiter was excellent at his job, even remembering that my wife liked a pot (Not a cup) of tea each morning. There was something for everyone including a whole honeycomb with sensational honey. Couldn't fault the quality of everything and the very well trained and delightful staff. Beautiful building, spotlessly clean and in a very central location in Rimini with lots of outstanding restaurants close by.

The hotel had closed their dining room until further notice, which was a shame as we understand that the restaurant food was well known to be extremely good. One day, without any notice they closed the hotel swiming pool for which we complained. The pool was open the following day. At night the temperature dropped during mid September. We had to ask for a blanket for the bed, which in a 4 star hotel, should have been anticipated.Maybe we are nit picking, but a 4 star hotel in the centre of this beach resort should have been in a position to serve lunch or dinner, rather than simply bed and breakfast.We could not complain about the staff at the hotel, who from the chamber maid up to the management were charming, helpful and delightful.We would definitely stay at Hotel Ambasciatori again

The hotel is located at excellent location, and the food was excellent. The staff was friendly, especially thanks to Giovanna and Alessandro for their kindness.

The room could be larger, it appeared to be a double persons room for three adults. Moreover the stairs on the entrance could be delimited by bright lines as it was hard to differentiate each of them while walking, especially with sunglasses.

Perfect location, realy nice and helpful personal. Sea view in all rooms, due to building position. Hotel is located in the best city part, as in front of the hotel, before the beach you have a nice walking area.

Rooms were comfortable, especially the beds! Pool area was good. Breakfast selection was okay

Car park description on the ad is misleading and when I contacted the hotel prior to arrival I was given 3 parking options.Also whilst the hotel is ‘on the beach’ it does not have a private beach. There are multiple beach vendors and the hotel advises which are the best value for money

location is perfect and the room was clean and cozy. food also was good.

The room size was smaller than what they announced in booking. moreover, when I did the check in there was an old man who didn’t provide me any information about the hotel. for instance, he didn’t show me how to connect the Wi-Fi, also, he didn’t inform me about the private beach that belongs to the hotel.

Misleading information on booking.com. The hotel has a gym and a steam room, but it doesn’t have a wellness centre as such. The hotel doesn’t have a spa or even a hot tub, and that was misleading. Disappointing customer service overall.

Very good location, friendly staff, clean room

Deluxe room for 2 adult+1child is to small. It was very, very expensive. It was holiday in Italy and the price was double than normal. If it is a normal rate/room is ok for a weekend not more. Breakfast, not to many options. The space for breakfast very small.

Location was great. While the lobby of the hotel and exterior is dated, the interior of the room appeared to have been recently updated and modernized. Access to be beach is about 30 second walk. Mention you are staying here at the bagni and you will get a discount on the chairs!

The construction of the boardwalk was ongoing. So at 6 am the construction noises started. However, once the boardwalk is complete - it will greatly enhance this hotel and it's location to everything. Parking is a premium around this area - there are only about 15 - 20 spaces here , so make sure you reserve a parking spot!
