Service staff is so good and the and the breakfast is good

The staff were lovely

It was dark it felt like a youth hostel the towels were old and threadbare walls in my room dirty mirror too . Everything felt dirty like the comforter hadn’t been washed since the beginning of season I would never go there again

It's not far from the train station.

The walls were very thin and you could hear everything people did. There were young people in the hotel, I didn't know if they were guests or acquaintances of the staff, and they were extremely noisy, running around all the time, slamming doors very loudly. I tried to speak to the hotel reception but he didn't speak English, which is very serious for a hotel receptionist.

It's easy to find the hotel. The location is good. Big balcony.

It looks like the hotel was good and got the 3 start a time ago. It's still okay, but needs some renovation.

Great location near the beachfront and not too far from the city centre

Cleanliness, broken and dated furniture, staff was nice but pretty unhelpful when confronted with issues in the room, the food at breakfast was either tasteless or old

The staff are amazing and very welcoming and breakfast was lovely good choice and it is central to everything in Rimini

The only thing I believe they could’ve improved was the heating as it didn’t seem to work correctly But I’m grateful so didn’t complain hehe

Good area, not in the stress of the coastline and very close to all commodities.Staff very gentle and helpful.

First room was very dirty, they switched me to another cleaner room immediately.Overall very old hotel, needs refreshment and reparations in rooms, bathroom and technical verification as shower leaking all the time, light bulbs missing/broken, standardize electrical sockets.

The staff is extremely nice. We had a big balcony. The location is great. It is cheaper that other hotels in the area.

The hotel is in need of a renovation. The room and the bathroom were quiet old. The walls were stained and the toilet was dirty.

Disappointing

shower gel not enough one drop of that in a plastic I had to wait until the next day in the morning for housekeeping because they didn’t had at the reception. Also we booked a double bed but in our room they were two joint singles .they were moving so easily,very uncomfortable.

staff were very helpful and polite the room which I was with my boyfriend wasn’t Clean. I had to complain many times to the staff to change the sheets. The toilet has never been cleaned since my stay at Jolie hotel. It was very dusty and a lot of dirt under the bed in the edges where the hairdryer was, it was very dirty, never swept the hotel would of been very comfortable if it wasn’t for the cleaning and part of hygiene beds were very uncomfortable. They were two single beds put together which it was impossible to rest. Breakfast was okay I was quite happy with it and even the food was not too bad and the waitress cook was very polite and likes to joke. The location wasn’t too bad. They were quite a few shops to do some shopping. The cleaning must be improved but the rest the staff were really nice and helpful.

We've stayed here a few times now when driving from Greece to the UK. We look forward to the set menu meal. Staff are so friendly and again Hotel Jolie, you've given us some lovely memories, thank you.

Fifty years ago, in 1972, I lived here with my parents. Nostalgia brought it back. The people were nice even now, we had a great time. Only the walls were paper thin ...

We arrived late at night and to our shock it turned out that our room was sold out so we had to move to a pretty cramped hotel. The next day we were finally able to move into the Hotel Jolie we had originally booked.

The location is great and the room is comfortable and big enough.

Breakfast is quite simple. The floor of the room was quite dirty.

The hotel is located in a nice place. Very close to the beach. Near the city center. Easy to find. The staff is very responsive.Very good price, which includes breakfast.

Hotel Jolie feels like a small Oasis of hospitality in a country where hospitality is already fantastic. The check in is quick and effortless and they can immediately see that you are exhausted and just want the key to the room to take a nap. The beds are large, clean, warm and extremely comfortable. While this isn’t a 5 star beach resort and all that, it doesn’t have to be for a fantastic stay in Rimini. The balcony offers a nice view and the shower is warm and comfortable. The door was a bit weird and unhooked easily, but once again the hotel took care of that. While the location is excellently located near the beach and the railway station, I cant be more positive about the staff. While normal breakfast is around 6:30, we had to catch an earlier train. Yet once again they were extremely accommodating and an friendly guy made delicious breakfast for us at 5:30. Try their brownies and the coffee. You want hot water for your thermos? Once again no problem for them. For a hotel that really isn’t expensive at all, it’s exceptionally good. They even have a lounge, billiard table and a bar. Its also properly isolated with rather thick walls, so we didn’t hear any of the other guests.

Very good hotel, nice staff, everyday cleaning.
