Bellariva Feeling Hotel

Staff extremely nice and helpful. It rained a lot and even if it wasn't their fault they refunded the second night ! Very nice familiar hotel !

The receptionist’s limited English knowledge made communication challenging. The view was unremarkable, with only a small portion of the sea visible. The mattress was uncomfortable and excessively soft.On the positive side, the hotel’s location was great, close to the beach and with numerous markets nearby. However, this was the only truly positive aspect. I would recommend paying a bit more and opting for a better place. This experience was extremely disappointing.The hotel lacked basic amenities. There was no food or drinks available, and the room’s lack of a fridge made it difficult to keep drinks cool. We had to request separate access to the AC. Using the pool area required an additional charge. The pool itself was basic, with plastic chairs and cold water. We had paid for the pool and it was a disappointing experience. The noise level was a big issue. A football field was located right next to the pool and they played loudly every day; the train nearby added to the constant noise. We had to repeatedly request toilet paper, which was cheap quality and quickly ran out. We wondered why they couldn’t leave more toilet paper or some Kleenex.The staff was unhelpful and impassive. One lady was always on her phone, seemingly with friends, and became annoyed whenever we tried to talk to her. Since communication was so difficult, we had to spend a lot of time waiting at the front desk for simple answers.We repeatedly asked if there was a possibility for a late check-out, but they couldn’t answer and said they would check and let us know later. They never did, we had to go back many times. Despite the hotel being empty, they refused to allow us a late check-out but offered to book us a new room for a fee of 45 euros for a couple of hours.Overall, we were treated poorly and the hotel’s quality was disappointing. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was extremely attentive and always avaiable. I loved the Swimming pool area just outside the hotel. Having a balcony is always very nice.

Getting there I was told the pool can't been used For the television and light to be put on the air conditioner will not work if the air conditioner is put on the light and television will be put off it was odd

i like how simple and yet functional the hotel is. The staff are the BEST!!! I love that it doesn't have a breakfast buffet so that i don't have to wake up early, just to eat a lot ?Would love to come back again next year ?

At booking.com there is a photo for kids play room. They removed it. Well maybe because of Covid19. Other than that the place is superb!

A family run hotel located about 500m from the beach. We had booked a superior room for 4 people. The room was spacious, had a TV and small fridge to store drinks or food. The Pool is not that big but my kids had fun playing in it during our stay.

The Pool area is completely run down, the guest toilet at the Pool too needs abit of renovation. As hotel guests, we had to pay to use the Pool which I didnt think was very nice.

Every thing was good but One staff member was full of attitude and spoke rudely. Her behaviour was very bad was full of racism which I felt. I forgot to ask her name but she was wearing spectacles .

Nice location, friendly stuff

Nobody speaks english, very dated rooms, you can hear everything what doing your neighbours, cleaning ones in two days, if you want everyday you have to pay extra, as well as you have to pay for using pool at your own hotel (nonsense!)

Very basic hotel, the room was clean, the staff at the desk were very kind and helpful, the hotel is walking distance to the beach, free parking on the street if you can find it. Nice terrace overlooking soccer field and church.

The pool is not free to use, you must pay an additional 5€per person per day, this was not stated on booking.com and we are a family of 5, so this adds up. The room could use an upgrade, not enough places/shelves to put your things, the hooks for towels in the bathroom don't hold your towels, they just slide off. No mini fridge. It's a good hotel for young kids that go to Rimini for nightlife and sleep is the last of their worries.

Everything was great, very friendly stuff, clean pool and rooms.

This has nothing to with hotel and the service but there is a bus station close by and you could hear it if you are light sleeper.

Air conditioning didn’t work even though they said it did and at night it was too hot for sleeping because if we opened the balcony door we got bitten by mosquitoes. €5 per person to use the pool which increased to €10 during the week we stayed, I think it should be mentioned when booking. We weren’t expecting to pay more to have a swim in the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bellariva for one night, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.Lorena, the receptionist, deserves special mention. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make my stay memorable. Her warm smile and helpful attitude made a lasting impression on me.To my delight, I was upgraded to a better room. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Having a minifridge was a convenient touch, and the view from my window was breathtaking.The bathroom was spotless and generously sized. It’s always a relief to find a clean and well-maintained bathroom during a hotel stay.

The hotel is close to the sea, it only took us about 5 minutes. There is also a nice restaurant at the corner. The parking lot is shared with other hotels but at least the car was secured. The room was nice and clean. The staff members are all friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was too sweet. Something salty like tomatoes, cucumbers or antipasti would be nice.

Very nice hotel with great location. Stuff was very kind, rooms clean, breakfast very good for the price.

The location is really good, 5 min walk from the beach, lot of shops, restaurants are close to the Hotel. The room was as we expected, clean and there were comfortable beds, with a balcony. The staff was really kind and helpful. The railway is close but barely can hear from the room, it was not disturbed us.

There is no fridge in the room.
