Location, breakfast and the service

Bath room was not clean and the room wasn't quiet due to the noise from outside

Location was fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful and knowledgeable about the area. Room was comfortable, and elevator worked well

Super close to Rail Station. Bonelli Bus stop for San Marino directly in front of of hotel. Excellent continental breakfast, fruit, breads, coffee, juice. Two Mature Gentlemen who managed front desk, staff in restaurant, and housekeeping staff were just excellent - friendly/kind.

Hotel was excellent - no complaints regarding Hotel. However, I recommend that Guests NOT walk down toward the Burger King, Mini Mart, or Cafe (just one block away) once it is dark outside. OK during daytime - but not once dark.

Location is wonderful. Just a few minute walk from train station. Staff members are lovely and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and luminous. Nice people, nice place!

Everything was good, staff was very cooperative , it's near to the station just take left to go out from train station and then turn your right and go it's very near you can see from station , it's on the opposite site of the bus stop

Breakfast was typical. Nothing extraordinary.The bus for San Marino stopped right in front of the hotel!

Nice hotel opposite to Rimini train station . Clean and big rooms and washroom . There is a lobby and dining area next to the reception . Bus stop to San Marino in front of the hotel .

Washroom closet position was not proper and more shower gel can be provided

Close to the train station & old town. Room was huge!

Bed was super uncomfy, lumpy. Luckily it was one night as we transitioned to Bologna from the coast. Brekky was minimal. No eggs!

Bathroom a bit tired

Federico was efficient and informative when checking us in and out, and provided us with the detailed information of the city and restaurants. He was polite and always offered extra help. The location is perfect for us to travel to San Marino as the shuttle to San Marino stop right outside the hotel and the hotel is only 5 min walk from Rimini train station.

No kettle and cups

Great location and parking, room was quite spacious.

A little bit old

Location- minutes from train station or town centre. Bus for San Marino stops just outside. Staff . Frederico was very helpful, polite and kind. I didn't get the name of the older male staff - he was helpful and pleasant too.

The facilities are really dated and need to clean some cobwebs in the room.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in front of the train station, making it ideal for short stays. While the bathroom was quite old and the standing shower wasn’t very efficient, the overall experience was positive. The staff were extremely kind and helpful — they even offered to help with my luggage when I arrived late at night. They spoke English very well, which made things easier. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a short, convenient stay.

Convenient location just a short walk to train station and if you’re wanting to go to San Marino, the bus stop is just outside the door. Friendly staff and good breakfast

No problems.

Simple, very well located hotel, as the train station, the beach and the old town are all reachable by foot, and shuttle buses to San Marino, Rome, Bologna and the airport stop at the door. Clean rooms with a minibar, luggage rack and closet. Good breakfast and friendly receptionists. I'll surely be back in the future.

A few improvements such as soap/body wash in the shower and bags in the dustbins would be great Likewise one hook or two in the bathroom would also be welcome.

We only stayed here one night because the shuttle bus to Bologna airport leaves from right outside the front. Otherwise if we were on holiday in Bologna we would not stay here. it is in desperate need of a refurbishment , the bed was rock hard and had a terrible nights sleep and the shower looked like it hadn't seen any limescale remover or bleach in years. The room looked like a relic from the 1970's. No English TV channels and whilst we left early before breakfast officially started the guy at the front desk still offered us coffee which was nice, the breakfast buffet was cake .. cake and more cake !. The staff are lovely and helpful. Prepare yourself for basic , you get what you pay for. The hotel is perfectly located for the train station ( across the road), walking into the town and the shuttle bus back to bologna. If I was staying longer in Rimini I would not stay here- but for 1 night and the convenience of the shuttle bus being outside then it was passable.
