Rooms and bathroom were clean and neat. Establishment near the beach, shops, and market.
At the reception during check-in, they made us wait for a long time (almost 2 hours) for an error between booking.com and the establishment. I showed them all my receipts from booking.com and the bank but they held us up. I know we went earlier than check-in time, but I precisely asked if we could go their affiliated beach before our room is ready. We were even told beforehand that they would give us some sort of proof to show to the beach but after the incident, they didn't for the reason, according to them, that we booked at the booking.com site. Eh vabbeh! We traveled early so we can get to the beach early but we were penalized for an error we didn't commit!During our last night, before midnight, we were all fast asleep but all of sudden their service phone rang SO LOUDLY that it has woken us up. The guy on the reception was telling us to shut off the air conditioning system for no apparent reason!! Pure displeasure, only one-of-a-kind experience!
